Delicious food. Menu was marked. I was unsure about the sides ( none were marked) and the server went back to check before realizing that the chef had indeed made the potatoes with gluten that day, so I skipped that option. I had an omelet, fruit and gluten free pancake. Everything was delicious. The coffee was mediocre. Super sensitive and I had no reaction. I asked the server to make sure she marked my food with an allergy and she was very understanding about it.

Both times I’ve eaten here I’ve had a severe allergic reaction. I am not that sensitive either. Do not eat here.

I have gone for breakfast twice and had different experiences each time. In each case I had to work hard to ensure the server understood that I could not eat anything that has cross contact with gluten, which necessitated a few back-and-forths with the kitchen staff. In each case the servers were patient and kind, just not well trained or versed in allergens.
There are many GF items listed on the menu but not all of them are safe from cross contact. The first time I went they said the GF toast was prepared separately and would be safe, the second time they said it was in a shared toaster. The first time I went I was told the potatoes were prepared separately, the second time the chef said they used a shared oil that day for some reason.
All of that is to say, you’ll need to be prepared to be patient and thorough with your checklist of concerns if cross-contact is an issue for you.
