I had the Salmon with baby spinach and a roasted red pepper tapenade. It was amazing. The staff was very accommodating as I was also on a diet. They allowed me to substitute the quinoa for some romaine lettuce served as a side salad. The food had some amazing flavors and I would highly recommend!
Nice fresh menu with items that can be made gluten free. Had the chicken with no issues
Eight Acres has become my husband and I's go to Gluten Free Dining out option. The staff is so considerate in double checking (multiple times usually since there are so many options) with the Chef that each item is Gluten Free. Chef Don who is the owner and head Chef is extremely careful and prepares amazingly awesome food.
