Based on the reviews before we thought we’d have options but it seems things have changed in 2 years.
We are travelling through MX and have the Celiac card printed out with instructions for the wait staff.
The waiter was laughing as we gave them the card, and they only suggested the chicken and the guacamole. The guac came served with tortilla chips already dipped in it, those were cross contaminated.
The restaurant is quite large, we didn’t feel safe here enough for the wait staff to pay full attention to us.

100% corn tortillas. I ate tacos de barbacoa ( lamb cooked with just salt for about 4/8 hrs) and guacamole... So spectacular!!!!
While the menu doesn’t show anything gluten free, the waiters and the managers were very kind to help us with what could be gluten free. My husband (celiac) had grilled cheese with vegetables and the tortillas were 100% corn so it was a good experience overall.
