Our waiter was so kind and understanding about our need to be gluten-free and the concerns about cross-contamination. He brought the chef out who assured us that most everything is gluten free and the chips are cooked in a dedicated fryer. The salsa/queso and all meats/sides are gluten free except the red enchilada sauce (and any flour tortillas of course). Wonderful experience and zero issues. We will be back!
