Staff knowledge of allergens has improved at this location over the years, some staff are still not great but some are very knowledgeable. I’ve been told chips are fried in a separate fryer, and no sauces have flour in them (i.e. enchilada and cheese sauces). They marked the “gluten allergy” on the ticket so the kitchen could take precautions.
