Spent the night in the hospital after someone apparently fried a flour tortilla shell for a taco salad in the dedicated frier.

Anaphylaxis plus celiac is not fun.

The owner’s representative said they sometimes do that and that it has “never been a problem”

Staff was very nice. However, the only gluten free option is a salad. No chips. No dedicated kitchen space. No dedicated fryer. Zero meat options. The server said, even the cheese had gluten.

Authentic Mexican Cuisine. Almost everything on the menu can be modified with corn tortillas rather than flour. I have celiac. I eat here all the time. The food is amazing, and I have never had a problem.
