El Pipila

Gluten-free deliciousness and very safe for Celiacs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wanted to update as of 1/14/2020 I worked with management to understand safety more. The tortilla chips are safe. I checked the brand they use. The fryer isn’t used for anything with gluten. The chilis rellenos are made in a pan and not in the fryer. Beside the chilis, anything made with the red sauce is at risk just because they purchase it and can’t ensure no cross contamination.

Order the pozole! It's amazing and gluten free, just don't eat the tortilla strips in the separate bag they give you. They're fried in the same frier as the chile relleno, which does have flour in the coating.

This place is NOT dedicated gluten free. Not only do they fry their chili relleno with flour they told me the red sauce “has a little flour” in it. Be very cautious Celtic friends.

They do not serve any food with gluten. It’s delicious! Vegan & vegetarian Mexican food. Great price. Open week days for lunch until January & then open weekends.

I've been looking for that genuine Mexican place where I can get a quick set of corn tacos, and this is it. No flour tacos here - the menu says it is 100% gluten free, and mmm it tastes good.Unfortunately it is in The Hall which seems to usually be closed on Sundays and sometimes closes early for private events.
