Have confirmed with the owners, cheese dip is made with gluten free ingredients. The chips are corn with no flour. Most items can be made with corn shells but cross contamination may be an issue. I have gotten gluten-ed at other Mexican restaurants but never form either El Rancho locations. Use common sense, no flour tortillas, and you should be fine
