Same owners as café azteca. Knowledgeable about cross contamination. I spoke to the owner and she said that they have GF chips and will give you a desperate salsa. Most things are naturally GF but to inform them of an allergy/celiac so they use a new pan and cook it separately. Fryer is not GF but they can pan fry certain menu items separately

If you are a mindful GF eater, El Taller is great because they offer really flavorful Spanish food for a good price. The shrimp perejil, chicken entomada, and banana milkshakes are my favorite.
