I am a recent celiac diagnosis so going out to eat has been a struggle. I used this app to find a restaurant with solid gluten free options and I felt confident in this selection.

When we went, there was a wait of 1hr 20min. They gave us the option to sit on the patio and order drinks, chips, and salsa. When I asked about the chips, she said the chips are made in a corn factory and arrive to them as guaranteed-gluten free. Woohoo!

After we were seated, I let my waitress know that I have celiac disease and I was informed that there is absolutely no way to guarantee no cross-contamination, despite the menu designating items. This made me really nervous.

I got the Dart Bowl Enchiladas and did not get sick (thank goodness). I don’t think I would order that meal again as it was very heavy. My husband got the Honolulu Pork Tacos and he said they were very, very good.

Overall, the food was good, the drinks were good, waitstaff experience was meh. Be sure to emphasize if you have celiac and make sure your waiter or waitress makes a note on your ticket.
