The possibility of cross contamination is high. The server let us know that the french toast and pancakes are cooked on the same griddle top as the glutened ones. Also, the waffle maker is shared so again cross contamination is likely. So that limits your options quickly.
After consulting with the staff I went with a Benedict- they said thats the safest since they do have a dedicated toaster. I got the salmon Benedict and it was so good! The potatoes that come with it were even better. I did not get sick but was a little bummed that the many gf options aren’t safe for celiac thats why 3 stars
