Staff was super nice and accommodating, however they told me their pizza was cross contaminated and not to get it. There were only 3 salads on the menu they said that were gluten free safe. Very sweet staff, but limited options.

This wasn’t your usual thin crispy gf pizza, it was focaccia-style, same as the establishment’s regular non-gluten-free pizza. Absolutely delicious, and such a treat to have some thing specifically made for the restaurant instead of a tired premade gluten-free crust, as most other DC area pizza restaurants unfortunately have. I highly recommend this place, but as I am not celiac I can’t comment on their exact allergy protocol.

Delicious, but too good to be true. Had a near immediate reaction. Not safe for celiacs.

I got very sick here. It was marked gluten free on the delivery box, but it made me very sick. Not celiac safe.

I was the first customer in the place on a Wednesday for lunch. I wanted a burger and fries, but the fries are made in a shared fryer, so I went with the pizza. Note that I’m not a huge fan of pizza, I think because pre-diagnosis I knew intuitively that it wasn’t good for me. But the server seemed to have the most confidence in the pizza for gluten free, so I got a sausage pizza (a make your own pizza).
It was delicious! I would totally go back! It was rectangular and had six pieces. The crust was somehow both soft and crispy on the edges. I could tell it was GF, but in a good way?
No reaction but maybe I got lucky being the first customer of the day. I also had a Mexican Coke (made with sugar, not corn syrup).
All in all it was a great experience.
