Have been eating here a few years. Any of their sandwiches can be made with a Gluten free wrap. When we were there today, the server asked if I was celiac, and made notes to the chef to avoid cross contamination. Food came out, and was delicious as always. Even had a chocolate lover’s shake and had no issues. The bonus is that it’s right on the Fox River Bike trail so it’s easy to get a walk or bike ride in after eating to burn off some calories.

Long time customer, both in person and via delivery due to the pandemic. They've reduced their gluten free options for food to wraps and the majority of their coffee drinks I've had are gluten free. Not sure about iced or blended drinks since I've only ordered breakfast coffees and food.

We ordered a smoothie and the staff assured us they would be safe. They never washed their hands and then used their hands to put in ingredients. I did not drink the smoothie.

All of their sandwiches can be made on a gluten free wrap. I was very impressed by the fact that they lined the grill and other areas with foil to avoid contamination. Saw the cook change her gloves multiple times too. First time I’ve really felt safe eating out! Highly recommended!

Great selection including gluten free wraps and waffles. Dairy free options as well.
