Review of Everly

If you are ever in the Madison WI area, try the restaurant Everly. I was diagnosed in January and had basically resigned myself to not eating a Wisconsin Fish Fry again. But this place does their fish fry with rice flower and GF beer for everyone. You don't have to ask for anything special. In addition they have dedicated friers for all GF stuff and much of their fried items like the fried chicken etc is done with gf breading. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Or a Celiac in a GF friendly restaurant. 😂
