Last night, my family & I tried Everly for a birthday celebration. I chose it due to what I saw online about accommodating for food sensitivity. I’m gluten free & dairy free, but my family is not. I had several choices that fit my diet. The menu had a nice variety for everyone, even for my family that thought it might be too trendy for their taste. Everyone was more than satisfied. The food was delicious & the service was exceptional. I highly recommend it & will be going back!

Best meal I have had in a long time. I felt very safe here. My mom and I split the steak and fried chicken sandwiches, so we could try both. They were amazing. Highly recommend going for the fried chicken sandwich as we don’t get to eat fried chicken often.

I was disappointed there were only GF ciders for beer options but other drinks were great.

Reservation was needed on a Friday night, but we were able to sit at the full service bar.

One of the BEST meals that I have ever had. I cannot recommend this place high enough. The Hot Chicken Sandwich was amazing. Dedicated fryer, so the fries and the chicken were crispy and delicious. I am definitely coming back.

Everly is one of the safest restaurants in town for our daughter with symptomatic celiac. Great variety of foods, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding for kitchen safety. They do not use wheat flour in any of their breading. Fryer is GF!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM. They royally screwed up my order, not only giving me 1) the wrong item, but also 2) regular, wheat bread and 3) an incorrect item that contained another allergen of mine. This all despite very clear instructions. And, no, I didn’t just receive someone else’s order. It was clearly an attempt at my order, but seriously bungled. With screw-ups that bad, I do not trust them to follow cross-contamination protocols, even if they do manage to send along the correct items.

Amazing food. Fried chicken and pickles sandwich was great. Daughter had chicken and waffles and liked it but had too much syrup on it so it needed to be asked for on the side in future. Other daughter had burger and fried cooked perfectly, and hubby had eggs, potatoes- huge portion of fingerlings and bacon was great. Waitress was very responsive and good about a table of celiacs.

I've been here twice without issues. Last time I got a burger with GF bun and fries. The burger was massive and the portion of fries large as well. Both were delicious. The burger bun itself was better than most places provide so I had a moment of panic until my husband who had a regular burger pointed out that his bun was different than mine.

I've eaten in and done takeout, you can add comments letting them know you have celiac disease which is reassuring.

I eat here all the time and have never had a reaction. Fryers are gf and their battered foods (fried chicken, fish fry) use rice flour and are gluten free. Often get the fried chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun, which, yes, falls apart halfway through but it’s still better than nothing. Wait staff ask about allergens right away, which is reassuring and they say that a meal is gluten free when they put it in front of you.

I have Celiac Disease and tried Everly last night. First the food was delicious and I had no reactions. Second, I called ahead and the person I spoke to said they change gloves and use a clean container/pan for all foods marked for “allergens.” They also said they have a dedicated GF fryer and all of their fried foods use a GF blend - using rice flour. So their fried chicken and Friday Nite fish fry is GF. I am so excited to try each of them.

Excellent dinner and loved the GF selection. They’re happy to look anything up and make the changes that they can. They are not exclusively GF, but they do have designated fryers.

This is our first time to Everly and after greeting us and telling us her name she asks if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies. Immediately put me at ease. We had the Calamari appetizer which was amazing. I had the Cuban sandwich and my wife had the Butternut Curry. Loved my sandwich, the fries were meh. My wife was crazy about the Curry. I didn’t try it but was also indicated as GS. Oh, items are labeled Gluten Sensitive as they do use some gluten in the kitchen And they want to keep it realistic. Fryers are declared to be GF. 12+ hours later and feeling great. Would recommend.

(FYI My experience is based on the dinner menu and I have not seen the lunch menu) It was really nice, literally everything on the menu can be gf. They have a dedicated fryer. If you are ever in the Madison WI area, try the restaurant Everly. I was diagnosed in January and had basically resigned myself to not eating a Wisconsin Fish Fry again. But this place does their fish fry with rice flower and GF beer for everyone. You don't have to ask for anything special. In addition they have dedicated friers for all GF stuff and much of their fried items like the fried chicken etc is done with gf breading. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Or a Celiac in a GF friendly restaurant. 😂

Immediately upon being seated (without me even mentioning it yet), the waiter explained that “gs” on the menu means gluten sensitive. I had called in advance, and they told me the gluten free food is prepared in a separate part of the kitchen. They also have a dedicated fryer. The California grain bowl was really good and the truffle fries were incredible!

This restaurant has a farm to table vibe that offers wonderful gluten-free food. I have tried their BUTTERNUT SQUASH + FORBIDDEN RICE CURRY, the THAI-STYLE CRISPY CHICKEN and the FRIED COD Gluten-Free Beer Batter. All 3 were delicious. Hands down the best fish fry I’ve had. The Thai crispy chicken has the texture of fried chicken with tons of flavors that makes your mouth happy but without all the breading. The root veggie slaw is kind of bland but the flavorful entrees make up for it. I miss the fried brussel sprout appetizer and the flourless gluten-free cake with raspberry sauce both are no longer on the menu. Hope they come back onto the menu soon. Majority of the menu items are gluten-free. Never had an issue with cross contamination.

At first they messed up my order, but they caught it and remade my sandwich to make sure it was gluten free. I'm really not upset about that because I'd rather them take the time to make sure it's safe than have me unknowingly eat gluten and get sick. The manager handled the situation really well and gave me an extra order of fries while I waited for my food. Their fryers are completely gluten free which was great, because this was the first time in so long I could eat restaurant fries! And they were delicious. I ended up getting my sandwich to go because we were running late so I haven't tried it yet but it looks great.
