I stopped here to find something to eat on a plane trip. I bought a cinnamon bun and a loaf of pumpkin bread (I think) and it came to almost $20! I was told the bun would last 5 days without refrigeration but when I ate it 4 days later it was mushy and tasted weird. The bread was a huge disappointment. It was more like a soufflé-spongy, bland and wet-I couldn’t figure out what flavor it was. Nothing remotely bread like at all. The person behind the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions but I was so disappointed in my first experience with a gluten free bakery.

I really wanted to love this place, but was very disappointed. I got a cheesecake square and brownie. The cheesecake was just ok & the brownie got tossed after a couple bites. I expect that Keto people will love it, but if you are used to eating regular desserts, I don’t think you’ll be impressed. If you do go, I would recommend not getting anything chocolate. Cocoa is particularly bitter if you don’t add a good bit of sugar.

Is a bit pricey but very tasty. Wide variety of sweets and breads. We tried the petit fours, mini cheesecake and a box of cookies. Good thing I don't live in the area as I'd be heading there weekly. Looks like they have a large variety of items on menu, even a king cake during Mardi gras.

The entire bakery is GF so no worry about cross contamination. Picked up a king cake on opening day and it was FANTASTIC! Run, don’t walk to get your GF goodies!!!
