This place is a mixed bag in a lot of ways. I can’t personally call it bad and I’ve never been glutened here but my family hasn’t had the best experiences with their food in general. My mom doesn’t love the pizza here and while some of the sandwiches are great (especially with the focaccia tasting so good), it isn’t really a selling point. This won’t be the best gluten free Italian food you ever taste but it does the job and certain items taste great. I’ve also heard horror stories of this location not being the safest during covid so even if I’ve never been glutened, I’d be wary because of that. It’s still pretty good, just, never a first choice. That’s especially true with this location there’s plenty of other gluten free options in the surrounding area. If you reallly want Italian food, I can recommend this place, but otherwise I’d look elsewhere first.

Owned by the same folks as 110 Grill so great with allergies. Their GF focaccia was to die for and I've never seen such a large GF selection at an Italian restaurant before. I will definitely be back!

Evviva Trattoria was great! Great menu. Hard to find GF soup out-sausage and kale soup was delicious and not too heavy!

I’ve been GF for more than 10 years, and I’ve been to Evviva more than 100 times. This place is not only supremely allergy aware, the service is stupid-good, and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Was so excited to try this after all the fabulous reviews. I ordered the shrimp and lobster risotto, and was very specific that ordering gluten-free was allergy, not preference. There was a piece of orecchiette pasta in my risotto. Completely unsafe. I did take a couple bites before noticing the pasta, and the “risotto” is just rice in an oily cream sauce with frozen corn and raw grape tomatoes added, topped with shrimp and lobster. Completely not worth it, and won’t come back.

Was very happy with our visit. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but I feel like having options, and peace of mind, is sometimes worth it. Meal started with gf focaccia with dipping oil. Plenty of choices and waitress was knowledgeable.

Perhaps it was an off day but.... I ordered off the GF menu which has a lot to choose from. The waitress was really good about the safety of the food. Anyways I ordered the chicken parm sandwich with a side salad. The salad came out and after 2 bites I noticed a crouton. I always ask to make sure they are GF and the waitress gasped and said “they put croutons in your salad?” Needless to say they were not GF, I was extremely disappointed

The staff is great and they have a good sized gluten free menu. The food is usually pretty good, I enjoy the pizza but usually go elsewhere if I’m looking for anything else.

Owner is sane as Burton’s grill. And has relative with celiac. Manager was knowledgeable down to using purple utensils for cooking, using separate sauces etc...and they self tested their gluten free pizza after using shared oven ( even though on gf pans ) and due to its high 800 degree temperature no gluten detected!
