Review of Fab Fusion Restaurant

In the hotel where we stayed, so we ate there the first night. Very good service. There were no allergen indications on the menu and no gluten-free menu available. (This was mostly a shock because we'd just spent 2 weeks in the Czech Republic where allergen information is required by law to be on the menu.) The waitress however checked with the chef and suggested some very good options.
