While it’s a pretty atmosphere, I will never come back to eat. I got the “eat clean, train dirty” which consisted of egg whites, chicken sausage, tomato, and spinach. I guess the server thought “gluten free” meant no meat as my plate didn’t have chicken sausage on it. A couple bites into the eggs and I bit into a fried crunchy bit (a celiacs nightmare). I sent back the rest of the dish and just asked them to only charge me for the spinach and tomato. They comped the bill and gave me fresh eggs which was incredibly kind, but at this point my table finished eating and was ready to pay and leave. I Came here with some girlfriends for brunch and left disappointed and hungry.

Go for the drinks and the view, NOT the food. Waitstaff was not knowledgeable - thought “swapping the carbs out for veggies” made a dish gluten free. Based on that and previous reviews I didn’t trust most menu items, opted for sashimi and caprese salad. Left hungry.

Wouldn’t go back. Went for a team dinner. Waitstaff asked about allergies, so I was hopeful. When I said celiac disease, gluten allergy, he said “wow, that’s a new one, what’s that?” Ugh. After he asked the kitchen, he came back out and said that they could cook everything dry and without citrus! I was like, huh? What does citrus have to do with it….and he was so confused. It was not great. Asked to speak to the chef, who did understand and was extremely willing to help. Got a steak and baked potato. Tested the steak with my Nima and it came back with gluten. So I ate a plain potato, which tested safe! Ugh. The view is nice.

The atomosphere was great. I had a steak with mashed potatoes, very good. However, I have been very sick to my stomach since the next morning.

Manager came to my table to explain what could be made gluten free. He then communicated directly with the chef. Food was excellent. View is fantastic.
They were aware of what was gluten free although there weren't that many choices . And were willing to check if foods were fried (contaminated common fryer). The food was delicious however. YUM!!!!!. I have severe celiac and had no issues. And their rooftop bar is super cute.
What a nightmare. We ordered the Carolina Nachos from the gluten free menu. When they were delivered the waitress said the menu had a misprint and they were not gluten free. She told us she thought she should mention that since we had ordered them gluten free. Things went pretty much downhill from there. I would never eat at Fahrenheit again.

The reviews in this place had me worried. Due to the cold weather and being in town on business and having work to do tonight. I figured I would avail myself of the restaurant in the same building as the hotel I am staying.
Though this place is a bit pricey and the reviews were not impressive, I found it to be a decent place. The servers are great. The noise in the dining room is a bit excessive for my taste, glad I'm here by myself as a conversation would be impossible.
They have some great gluten free options and even have a separate GF menu. I had the chorizo stuffed bacon wrapped dates for an app and the steak with potato pave for my main. Food was good.
Delicious food, beautiful view! Check this place out! Read more: http://glutenfreecarolinagirl.com/2014/06/12/review-fahrenheit-charlotte-nc/
