Sushi! They have a dedicated sushi bar next to the Saucy Cafe. I asked and was told that they following are made GF - they are made in advance and available for pickup in the display case: Veggie Roll Tuna Avocado roll Salmon roll Nagano special combo

They also have tamari - if you don't see it in the pockets by the display case then just ask-they have it in the back.
