Knowledgeable about celiac. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was great.

We got the kids egg breakfast for my celiac son with bacon and GF toast, and the breakfast potatoes were cooked in separate gf oil/fryer. Very knowledgeable, super easy to order and food was good.

Stayed here for 2 nights after a cruise. Had breakfast in the first morning and asked our waitress what we could have. They were able to amend most options, got me some gluten free toast and had a separate cabinet with gluten free pastries.

Stayed here overnight between flight connections, and ordered from the in-room menu. Nothing was labelled gluten free, but I explained to the person who answered the phone for room service that I was a celiac and she immediately assured me that they could cater for me. They changed my breakfast so I could be catered for, and when I ordered dinner later and asked about French fries in a separate fryer she assured me they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free items. I tend to react fairly quickly, and I’ve had no reaction from my food.

Heads up everyone. I don't know about details like cross contamination, but I just had Amazing Gluten Free pancakes at this restaurant right inside the Vancouver airport. They were excellent. Great inner texture and crispy at the edges. They are served with berries and lemon curd on top. And, of course, the best maple syrup. I wasn't even that hungry, but they were so good, I ate the whole stack of 4 pancakes. If you are there long enough for breakfast-get them. Even if gluten is ok for you or your travel partners, don't pass them up.

I'm reviewing breakfast. The hostess was very knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination. The buffet items were clearly marked. For the eggs benedict, they made me a GF eggs benedict with custom hollandaise sauce on demand!
it's not cheap but very well worth it for a celiac.

It’s really difficult to find Gluten free breakfast in this area but the Fairmont restaurant was quite good. There were a lot of omelette options and bacon if you like that. But I just ordered some GF toast (extra toasted of course) perfect.
