Review of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

I'm reviewing breakfast. The hostess was very knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination. The buffet items were clearly marked. For the eggs benedict, they made me a GF eggs benedict with custom hollandaise sauce on demand!

it's not cheap but very well worth it for a celiac.
