As soon as I said ‘I have a Gluten Allergy’ the person greeting me said ‘we’ve got you gluten free!” With a smile on her face. They have gluten-free soy sauce to substitute. I had Keemao Noodles - flavorful.

Excellent food, wonderful family. Loved them before the Celiac diagnosis. Ordered online for takeout with lots of warnings in the comments about my Celiac diagnosis. I got a call a few minutes after submitting the order, the owner wanted to double check what was safe. They say they have nothing with wheat, barley, or rye. I cautioned about soy sauce, she said she will not put soy sauce in anything I'm ordering, and said tomorrow she will go buy some GF soy sauce for the future.

I did not ask about their potstickers or other items with wraps or fried, so I don't know if they are options safe for Celiacs.

Highly, highly recommend for Celiacs.

The staff was super friendly and immediately said they would make it gluten free! Would definitely recommend! I didn’t even have to explain it, he had no hesitation when I mentioned that I had celiac and couldn’t eat gluten!

I recently ate here for a family event. We called ahead and asked if they would be able to help us avoid gluten and corn (I’m very sensitive). The proprietor knew which dishes did and didn’t already contain gluten (and corn) and how they would modify to make almost anything I wanted. I’m very sensitive and did not react and appreciated his extra attention. I don’t know that it is free if all risks, but they were very friendly, accommodating, and the food I ordered was tasty!
