We were so excited to try this place out after the reviews. Our daughter is very sensitive and is Celiac. The cashier was very knowledgeable and was helpful about ordering GF. Confirmed the fryer was a dedicated fryer. Our first sign that it was not safe was that her order came out with the others. She ordered a burger patty with cheese and there were crumbs all over the top of her cheese, thank goodness easy to spot. We sent it back and the cashier said he would make sure it was remade safely. By the time it came out, she had lost her appetite and was too afraid to eat. We were on vacation and she didn’t want to be sick. No apologies and no manager that came to find out if it was okay after it came out. Huge red flag that they are just not set up for safety for a celiac. Our food was delicious and so were the fries, but for this site I cannot give a good safe review.

Dedicated fryer, need I say more? Offers GF buns and you can have most of the menu. Might be hotly contested who has the best burger in town but this is definitely the celiac safest burger in town!

Ended up going to this location because the Martinez location was packed.

Had the same burger and fries and got a Sangria. Seem to have reacted to the Sangria (perhaps I was drinking too much that day). Anyways it was good.

AH-MAZING. Hands down, the BEST burger I’ve ever had, gluten free or otherwise! (I wasn’t always gluten sensitive) The other reviewers were right, the GF buns are incredible. Found out they get them from a bakery in Atlanta, Pure Knead. If you like root beer, they have a killer one in tap. I will always come eat here when we visit!

Best burger place we’ve ever been to (and we’ve been ALL over). Never gotten sick and the gluten-free buns are VERY good. Dedicated fryer for the fries (but not sweet potato fries) and they know what they’re talking about. We will keep going back.

I eat at Farmhaus once or twice a month because it’s on of the few places I trust being a very sensitive Celiac. I HATE leaving this update, but I feel like it’s important. If you have Celiac, PLEASE take care to ensure your bun is definitely GF. This past weekend, for the 2nd time in 6 months, they accidentally gave me a regular bun and I didn’t notice until I had taken a bite and tasted the difference. Both times they have been very apologetic, made another burger, and comped my meal, but that doesn’t make up for the 1-2 weeks that I have body aches, stomach problems, gluten rash, etc.

They have GF buns and a separate fryer for fries, but be careful—they have accidentally given me a regular bun twice.

Usually celiac friendly, but be vigilant—sometimes they mess up.

Delicious burgers and fries! They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and the risk of cross contamination. Really enjoyed my experience at Farmhaus!

Their staff was very helpful and called the manufacturer when they didn't know if the root beer float was gluten free. It totally was. Best root beer float ever. Best burger in my life. Great fries. No reaction so all definitely gluten free for me.

We ordered the gf grilled cheese and allergy-friendly fries. My only complaint was it was delivered to the table stacked with our regular food. I tried testing it with the Nima but got an error. My kid was too hungry to wait on trying the test again so we crossed our fingers. She loved it and her only complaint was it was too small for her hungry 8 year old tummy. She had no reactions and she is super sensitive.

They follow all necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination. Separate prep area, a separate dedicated fryer and fresh gloves. We have eaten hear many times since moving to Augusta and have never had a negative reaction. They even have really good gluten free buns. It has become our go-to place!

Celiac friendly if ordered for dine-in. I have always had good experiences here, but I ordered food to go and my GF fries were placed on the bottom of the bag, with everyone else's fried food spilling into them. Make sure you ask for GF food to be bagged separately or for a lid to be put on your GF container. This place is normally so careful, I took for granted that even the best places need a little reminder.

Waitstaff and managers will always check ingredients, usually know them without even checking. delicious food. gf buns used to be only Tapioca and rice flours, but now have potato starch, in case, like me, you react to nightshade family plants. very careful food prep.

Had the Yankee Grilled Cheese made on the gf bun. Very good. Had no problem accommodating gf fries either. The fries were very salty though. Would definitely go back and recommend them. Also military owned and friendly! Double bonus!

Amazing for when you need a burger. They also have chicken and mushroom I think and veggie burgers. A little pricy but worth it!!

The burgers, hot dogs and gluten free fries were outstanding! The Augusta location uses Hunt's Ketchup rather than Heinz. The manager, Casey was very helpful in looking at the ingredients. However, Hunt's does not test for cross contamination. Use the ketchup at your own risk or bring Heinz with you.

This was the best burger I've had in the past 9 years since being diagnosed celiac. Yum!!!!! absolutely delicious. The bun was especially tasty - and didn't crumble like a typical gluten free bun. They also do their French fries in a dedicated fryer. Gluten free beer and cider available to boot! A must try!!
