Wait staff needs more education about gluten free. She said the only gluten free items are a plain salad without dressing or grilled chicken with vegetables. There are other items that should be gluten free but I could not confidently order. Do not go here if you’re gluten free

Excellent service by Chuck shucking oysters at the bar, after an evening at Preservation Hall. Had a dozen oysters on the half shell. Took my own GF crackers. Cocktail sauce was GF. Deluxe bloody Mary was absolutely amazing with hot green beans, green olive, large cocktail shrimp and Raw oyster. Good conversation with patrons and employees. Returning tomorrow with friends.

If you’re hungry past 9pm in this town you might want to have a snack bar from home and wait til breakfast. Literally everything on the menu has gluten, I had a Caesar salad which was just lettuce, with dressing on the side, and sweet potato fries. I didn’t have any reactions and went mainly bc my kid needed a meal after a super late lunch. If your group is mainly not gf they will get a decent meal, you won’t but sometime we take one for the team ;)

There were no options. I had a super sad bed of lettuce smothered in parmesan cheese, no dressing. This shouldn't be on find me gf

Classic oyster house. Raw oysters were huge and so damn good.
After standing in line forever I was really disappointed when the staff was so unhelpful with navigating the menu. I was told only the raw oysters were gluten free and they offered no additional assistance to select other options. Not even a salad. My husband (who has no intolerance) loved this place, and the raw oysters were phenomenal, but it wasn't enough to suffice as a meal.

This restaurant told me only the red fish, grilled chicken, raw oysters, and a few salads could be gluten free. Everything else is flour based. I was disappointed
Our waitress understood Celiac Disease and pointed out the limited options -- raw oysters, red beans and rice, and blackened gator. All were excellent and Felix is a nice alternative to the more expensive place across the street.
