Absolutely excellent. This is a shared kitchen, but staff completely understood what precautions were needed for someone with Celiac Disease to dine safely. Our waitress Christina was super helpful, explained that everything fried is battered using cornstarch so the fryer is dedicated, and when I started to ask about protocol and changing gloves her response was, “Of course!” and she listed the rest of the precautions they take. The chef even brought the food out to us by request. If you are dairy free, they have options and are very flexible to work with you. 98% of the menu, with modifications, can be made gluten free. I can’t remember the last time I had fried pickles. SO. GOOD.
