I ate here three times in February 2017 with no gluten issues. They ask if you are gluten-free by preference or allergy. They cook the pizza on some type of paper so it doesn't touch the oven. They also use a separate pizza cutter. The last time we ate here they were quite busy, and things seemed a little chaotic. I stood and watched my pizza throughout the process, and they were careful to avoid cross contamination. The pizza itself was delicious!
Yes
They couldn't guarantee cross contamination in the toppings/prep area; their precautions seem to be focused solely on the oven, which is pointless if the thing is all contaminated before it hits the oven. At 7:30ish on a Friday night the prep area was a huge mess--everything was everywhere. We took our business elsewhere.
No
Great gluten free crust!! Nice and crispy! They even ask if the gluten free is an allergy or just a preference.
