Their wings are fried with Gluten. I messaged them asking to have a separate fryer.

I called and they stated the fryer is not dedicated (and therefore the wings are not gluten free). Too bad!

I have gone here time and time again - have never once gotten sick. I have ordered the bone in wings and the salads. Perfection every time! I am sensitive too! 10/10

Had no issues getting sick here and the wings were amazing, however I wouldn't recommend going when it's busy. I'd gone when it was pretty quiet and asked for them to take extra precautions, but I'm doubtful it'd be safe while busy.

Do not have a dedicated fryer for GF, especially when busy. Only able to order grilled chicken breast with low confidence of no cross contamination. Also Fremont location makes pizza so flour is everywhere.

I wanted to give this place 2.5 stars but the staff were so great I need to give it more. The gf options were pretty much gluten food with things like buns, etc omitted. The wings were tasty but as another reviewer mentioned the fryer is shared. Even the nachos and burgers weren't an option due to ingredients in the cheese sauce and meat mix. Lots of tasty sounding stuff on the menu but not for the gf eater.

Not celiac our severe intolerant safe. Wings are fried in the same fryer as beaded items, so there is contamination. Tasty, if you can stand trace amounts of gluten in your food.

Fire on the Mountain (FOTM) has become a staple part of my gluten free diet in the last year or so. Their wings are amazing and only two of their regular sauces have gluten in them. Also, all of their sauces are labeled with gluten free or vegan/vegetarian. While the gluten free vegetarian or vegan might have trouble finding food options (their vegan wings do have breading), it is a great venue for groups mixed with various dietary concerns.

Was unable to eat here. They do not have a separate fryer and all utensils and cutting boards are shared. My family enjoyed a meal.

This rating is for not having safe gluten free food, not for the food itself. I called a couple of weeks ago. Though the fryer is said to be dedicated, the filtering system strains oil from all the fryers through the same filters and then the oil goes back into the fryers, so all oil is cross contaminated with oil used for gluten. I appreciate the honesty of the staff helping me. If you don’t have Celiac and cross contamination isn’t an issue, then this place is the bomb for chicken wings.
