Quick lunch service seated at the bar. Order was taken and server recorded my gf request and talked with the chef. Tenderloin on salad and mushrooms - yummy.

I was underwhelmed by the menu selection and food. Despite the unwelcoming service, my waitress hardly acknowledged me when I said the dish needs to be gluten free for an allergy. I ordered the pineapple chicken kabob which tasted bland. My baked potato was a little under cooked. The rest of my family weren’t thrilled with their meals either. Honestly, there’s much tastier GF options in Short Pump that are more worth your money.

Yes

They understand the difference between celiac and just gluten free. The manager came out and talked to me. Not a huge GF menu but they really get it. I'd go back. Good food.

While not a large g-f menu, the staff here take gluten-free and food allergies very seriously. Brooke, one of the managers, and Dan, our waitstaff, caught an issue before it reached the table. Great group of people here.

Have eaten at Firebirds 3 times. First 2 meals were great! Third time had some problems for 2 days. The menu is great, but wondering if there was some cross contamination the last time. Will try it again though.

What a lovely evening. Our server was amazing with my allergies! Menu items are clearly marked as gluten free. Before I could mention I had a wheat allergy, he asked if it was allergy or preference and even asked about other allergies. The appetizer (bacon deviled eggs) were brought out by a manager who assured us gloves were changed and they were assembled in a safe area. Then my Tomahawk pork chop was brought out by one of the kitchen staff who again assured me care had been taken for all my allergies. Food was hot and super yummy. The rest of my dining party also enjoyed every item they were served. Excellent experience. We will definitely be back.

Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.
