Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Great experience at Firebirds in Surprise! Manager was very attentive. He talked to me before the meal was served. He delivered my meal. Staff checked in with us several times during the meal. Food was delicious, even for gluten eaters. Nice patio. A little noisy due to so much construction nearby.

I have visited a few times. Each time the server has been very helpful. My meal has been brought out by the manager with an allergy marker. It has given me peace of mind while eating a delicious meal. The gf options are kind of slim, but their protocol is great!

I am Celiac. Very attentive waitstaff, nice GF menu, impressive in that care was given to point out what I could eat if altered from an item on menu. Specially I inquired about having tuna on my salad. It was beautifully prepared delicious and I did not get sick. Owners well aware of food allergies. I will return!

Waitstaff was really attentive, gluten free was clearly marked on their menu, and the food was delicious (I didn't know a baked potato could taste any better than any other baked potato but theirs was somehow greater than any other I've had. It was magic?).

Most staff very knowledgeable, as is management. They have careful protocol for preparation and the cook/chef brings g.f. dishes out separately. Excellent food with excellent customer service.

Good food but a little loud. Had the ribs and wife had salmon. We both felt bad the next day. Not sure what caused illness but that’s all we ate that day.

They have a GF menu (ask for it) and the manager has a family member with celiac and explained how things were prepared with care in the kitchen to avoid contamination! Very comfortable with our celiac kid eating at this location!

They have a separate GF menu, the staff go out of there way to make sure your happy with the way your meal was prepared. We’ve eaten here a few times now, with no mishaps. A little pricey to go often, but worth the price. Totally recommended.

Love it much more aware. The manager takes care of everything for you . Have not had any issues within last 2 years.

Great service and the food was amazing. The chef personally delivered my meal & assured me that it was safe for me to eat.

A lot of entrees and salads they have are already gluten free. Appetizers are not :( the filet is always great! The salmon is good and the mashed potatoes as well.

Good dining for people who need to eat gluten free.

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!

Ordered filet and baked potato. Options were marked on the menu. Server was knowledgeable and said he would mark allergy in the computer. My food was brought separately from my friends who were with me. I don’t know if that was due to allergy or not. No sickness and sensitive celiac.
