Ordered filet and baked potato. Options were marked on the menu. Server was knowledgeable and said he would mark allergy in the computer. My food was brought separately from my friends who were with me. I don’t know if that was due to allergy or not. No sickness and sensitive celiac.

Menu items are marked with a GF icon that indicated the dish “may be ordered gluten free.” Only one of the two drink menus included the GF symbols. I ordered a blackberry margarita and asked our server to confirm with the bar that it was in fact gluten free. When he brought our drinks out he did not follow up at all. Being that I was out with my bf’s family, didn’t want to make a scene, and knew the drink should be GF naturally, I decided to let it go.
For dinner I ordered the striped bass, served with a key lime butter sauce, over a rice pilaf and asparagus. This was marked with the GF symbol, and I reiterated to our server that I had celiac, and said “I see this is marked with the ‘may be’ GF symbol — can you just confirm that it will be?” His response was “oh yes they take gluten free very seriously, they will change their gloves.” Unclear whether it was the drink, food or both, but by the time we left the restaurant I was already feeling sick and continued to feel it through the night.
Personally would not feel safe eating here again, which is a shame as I know this is the family’s favorite restaurant to eat at.

We enjoyed delicious GF ribs and two slices of GF chocolate cake the other night and it was all delicious. The ribs did not have a carolina style sauce on them (as I prefer) but were good nevertheless. The cake was very rich and two slices is plenty for four people. I picked up my food from the bar in quality serving trays and no one got sick. Very happy and will go again.
Yes
The ribs and mashed potatoes are very good and GF. Not much else to pick from though.

I both work and eat at Firebirds. They will provide a gluten free menu, mark your order as "allergy" and take every precaution to avoid cross contamination. Drinks can be prepared with gluten free vodka and they have gluten free beer. End your meal with gluten free chocolate cake!! The food is amazing!!
Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

A few GF salad options that are pretty good. GF is noted as a potential option on the menu.

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!
