Overpriced pizza. The rice gluten free crust was first over cooked and burned. Then they brought out another one and the crust was limp and tasteless. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered the cauliflower crust for take out, had them read it back as cauliflower and was given regular gluten crust. They expedited a remake, and gave a gift certificate to make up for it, but I’d already eaten some and did react later. Thankfully, I’m not celiac, but 5yrs gluten free for autoimmune disorders…please be careful when ordering here. The cauliflower crust remake was good for any wondering, it didn’t get soggy like the regular crust middle.

We asked about how the GF pizzas were prepared to prevent cross contamination and the answer is their is NOTHING preventing it. They cook them in the same wood oven as the regular crust and not on any kind of tray to prevent exposure to gluten. The waitress gave me the line “it’s 900 degrees in the oven so it cooks off.” No, no it does not. This place is not safe for celiacs!

They warned me in advance that the kitchen doesn't have dedicated gf space. 2 gluten free crust options. I appreciated the excellent customer service and honesty. I'll follow up with an update on any reactions.

The pizza here really isn’t good. I got a margherita pizza. The toppings were delicious but the crust just wasn’t passable. Also, about half the pizza was covered with just sauce. I wouldn’t recommend.

When I called the person on the phone was super excited about their gluten free pizza and stated it was very gluten free friendly. When I got there we were seated by a woman wearing an apron covered in flour that proceeded to lean over and wipe our table.... which meant flour was all over our table now. When the waitress came by I asked to speak to the manager to ask if the kitchen was safe. The same lady that seated us was the manager and she said, “well if your a die hard celiac then I wouldn’t eat here.”...... like it’s a choice. Needless to say we didn’t eat here. Would not recommend it.

They should not advertise the Pizza is GF. It is cooked on the same surface as non-GF pizza.

When questioned, their response was the oven is at 900 degrees and destroys the cardboard container the GF pizza comes in.

My daughter didn't have a reaction but I still think it is misleading. The only GF place I would trust in Durango is Rice Monkeys.

They were really careful when making the GF pizza. it's cooked in a cardboard that doesn't touch regular pizza oven. and they used a different cutter. great tasting pizza too. It didn't taste like a cardboard box thanks for the great meal

The regular pizza looked great but this is not a celiac friendly environment. They do not have a dedicated space for Gluten free pizza-making and the employees handle regular dough and utensils then prepare the Gluten free pizzas without preventing cross-contamination. Also, the GF crust is disgusting 👎🏼👎🏼

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. I'm only giving two stars because I was really excited to find a place that served gluten free pizza...only to find out it wasn't gluten free. The gluten free pizza is baked in the same oven as the regular pizza and my waitress said there could be cross contamination due to flour "flying around in the kitchen." The waitress recommended that I not eat the pizza if I had a true intolerance.

I will start off my saying that the food was good but the 2 hour wait and watching 2 other tables who came in more than 30 minutes after us get their food before us was beyond annoying. it was a slow Sunday night and we were only a two top. We would go back but only if we have no where to be and only for lunch when they seem to have it together.
