Met the owner, and though he stressed that the kitchen area was not a 100% gluten free environment, they take the following precautions: 1) tell the cashier you have an allergy and the person prepping your food will change their gloves 2) the gluten free bun comes individually wrapped, separate from their other buns, and is put on aluminum foil so it doesn’t touch the tray that goes in the toaster 3) the GF bun stays on that piece of foil when the associate puts on the different toppings 4) they use clean utensils 5) the item is labeled gluten free
It also looks like the GF bun is only available in medium.
