It’s not bad. I DoorDashed and got the Farmhouse Hash and the GF toast, which they did have. Did not have a problem with it.

Staff is very knowledgeable. I recommend using their App to reserve a table ahead of time, they are always busy :-) Awesome food and great service.

No one with true celiac or gluten allergy should eat here. They are not aware and do not prepare food to avoid contamination. Salad came with croutons even though we told our server.

I like FW but now that I'm GF I found it lacking in choices. The featured breakfast was fig prosciutto toast and eggs. But they did NOT have GF bread option and the waitress had a lame excuse why they don't have ANY GF bread on site. I ordered it anyway and it was delicious BUT I shouldn't have to risk my health to enjoy a tasty breakfast. Sadly we won't be returning to what has been a favorite restaurant.

I'm incredibly disappointed in their gluten fee menu, which is really an allergy ingredient menu. Allergen identification menus are useful, however they mark their omelets as containing wheat, because it comes with an English muffin. Stupid! Also they note that no bread products, waffles, or pancakes can be made gluten free. That is understandable, yet very disappointing no gluten free bread option offered. Maybe contamination risk is too high. How do other places manage? Servers are very nice and accommodating, but very disappointed in menu!

Great service friendly knowledgeable server ask for Nichole. No gluten menu but allergy chart.
They no longer have a gluten free menu due to legal reasons (or so they say). They assured me they could still make me something correctly, but I was having symptoms before I left. After I had ordered, I pretty much knew it would go poorly when she only reassured me that they would change their gloves. I tried to insist that the whole food prep area would have to be cleaned or be separate. Clearly that didn't make a difference.

Great omelets. Staff was very prompt and friendly. Chris was a great waiter.
great food. very friendly servers. lots of pretty girls working here.
Really great for gluten free breakfast!!!
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
