They have GF bread, but they cook on the same griddles, and don’t even have a GF toaster. But that is all… no pancakes or anything but GF French toast made on a shared griddle or toaster. Totally unsafe.

I had the quinoa protein bowl! It was delicious!! Very accommodating as far as gluten, however I'm not celiac.
This restaurant had no specific gluten free items such a bread, pancakes, or waffles. The quinoa chicken and cherry power bowl didn't have gluten free dressing. I was VERY disappointed, as I had hoped better of this chain.
These folks were kind enough to pan grill pre buttered gluten-free bread I brought with me so I could enjoy toast with my sausage and eggs! A simple call ahead worked wonders.
This place is hands down the best gluten free breakfast chain! Waitress was really knowledgeable and they have a lot of items that are naturally gluten free! Omelets are amazing!
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
