First Watch

I ordered the scrambled eggs with cheese, toast, potatoes and bacon. My GF bread was toasted separately on a flat surface - a bit over toasted but safe. There are several items on the menu to order that are gluten free. I’d go back to this location. Our server was knowledgeable.

O went for breakfast and got the GF bowl and it did not go well. Felt bloated right way. My fault though because the waitress stated that it’s shared equipment.

Waitress was very knowledgeable of gf. I got a bacon egg and cheese on gluten free toast and a side of potatoes. Everything was delicious.

Not a great place to go if you have food allergies . I told them I was gluten-free and they brought me regular toast with butter (also said I am dairy free). Most of the menu does not show gluten-free (GF) anywhere. If you are dairy free everything has cheese for breakfast so beware. When I explained that I need something both dairy and gluten free I definitely got a cold feeling from the waiter.

The only reason I give them two stars is because they do offer Udi’s gluten free bread, although in my case they forgot to bring it to me and instead brought me regular wheat toast.

Many GF options for breakfast. They even offer gf toast without an up charge. Their food is AMAZING!

Our experience at this restaurant was awesome. Service was great. Our server was attentive to our desire to eat gf. Marissa (our server) even went the extra mile to go to the freezer and check if the bacon was nitrate/nitrite free...and it was. What a great meal and experience. Highly recommend this place. No gf pancakes or breads but they're working towards it.

Great Gluten Free Menu! I had there veggie omelet with potatoes and fruit and they assured there was no cross contamination. Very happy and would recommend it for sure.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.

They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
