The meal was delicious and they are very serious about allergies! I looked on this app before going and someone said, don't do the bread because they use the same toaster so I asked when I was ordering and the waitress said they actually put the GF bread in the oven on a separate pan so there's no cross contact!! I was thrilled to hear it. Fresh and delicious food and the service was great!

Not a separate gf menu. I’ve eaten here 3 times without incident...just told the server I had a gluten allergy. They are unable to toast the bread for celiac (shared toaster), so I’d skip the bread as it’s typical dry, bland gf bread when not toasted. The juices are very good (recommend the kale) and the millionaires bacon is sweet with a hint of spice. It’s not your typical greasy diner...I’d definitely recommend for fresh options! No gf pancakes or anything, but that’s to be expected and a rare treat when you find it out.

No gluten free menu. Beware cross contamination.
Great tasting, and they seem very careful.
Fantastic food! So many GF choices for breakfast, and the menu goes beyond the plain old eggs and bacon! YUM!
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
