Not a ton of options, but there’s a few good ones. Haven’t gotten sick yet the times I’ve come here and items are marked on the menu.

I just called them today and only thing they offer is Udi's gluten free buns to make sandwiches with and salad.
Lame!
Because their menu items look delicious & would be so easy to go buy a few bags of gluten free pancake & waffle mix available at almost any store.

do not go if you need gluten free, there was only salad and only one dressing that was gluten free. I was very mad it was a waste of time and money.

Very knowledgable about gf. Variety of menu options. Great service. Food slightly above average in taste.
Good GF options. Staff is very helpful. You can have the potatoes which is not the case at many options. There very accommodating to other food sensitivities as well.
the gf menu was super easy to read, the service was great, the food came fast (we had a party of 11),and the food was very good. The prices were very reasonable too, about $8 was the average plate.
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
