GF toast with allergy protocol. My daughter's meal came with eggs, bacon, fruit and GF toast. Great!

I let the server know I had celiac. I ordered a sandwich that she said was grilled but the cook would be sure t clean the grill. My daughter ordered the same sandwich. She brought one grilled and one not grilled but said the grilled one was mine. But then she said the sandwich we ordered was supposed to be grilled. When we asked about it she checked with the kitchen and insisted the grilled sandwich was the gluten free one. My daughter sent hers back to have it grilled. By the time it came she had to take it to go as she was late for work. The worst part is that I have been sick for two days.

I have been here the past two Mondays and I ordered the pesto chicken power bowl. It tastes amazing, and they bring you gluten free udi’s toast! The server was very knowledgeable and assured me they change gloves and was so amazing! Not a large selection of Gf items but what they have is great. Amazing service and great drinks.

Bacon was cold. Udi's toast wasn't very warm, either. Coffee was bitter. Won't be back.

Has GF items marked in the menu. Powerhouse quinoa bowls are gluten free! Just not many choices :)
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
