We went here for lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a skillet and iced coffee with no issues. They offer GF toast but use a common toaster so it would be contaminated so I skipped the toast. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. While there is not a gluten-free menu, you can find on line an allergen list for items I felt that they were very careful. I highly recommend it.

They have a decent amount of options! They don’t have a gf menu but an allergen list to help you figure out what to order. I ordered the Cobb salad with no bread. Our waitress said they had gf bread but I prefer without anyways. When my salad came (via a different waitress), it had the bread on it. I told her I couldn’t eat it and when I told her I would need a new salad, they obliged. Our waitress came back with a new salad a few minutes later and apologized for the mix up. I didn’t have any reactions & the salad was good.

Came to the Winter Haven location and my Celiac 8yo daughter enjoyed her meal! Although they didn't have a dedicated GF menu, there are fresh options to choose from. They have Gluten Free breads, and because of that they were able to make GF French toast! They made sure to be careful and my daughter didn't seem to have any issues, which is a rarity when we go out to eat.

Went to this location and they were accommodating and patient with my needs. Prevention was taken for cross contamination. They were knowledgeable, willing to listen and work with me to make it a good experience. Had breakfast. They use Udi’s and came with my meal without an up charge. Definitely will return.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
