They are great about allergies and don't fry anything other than fries! Wish they had a gf bun.

my lettuce wrap Was mostly lettuce with two small half dollar pieces of. Meat. One employee was playing drums with my silverware before putting it in my bag. I have had better meals at mc Donald's for the cost and was very disappointed

The drier is only used for fries. They take celiac/allergy requests seriously. Items are prepared and bagged separately.
All burgers can be ordered wrapped in lettuce or in a container. There are lots of topping options available.
Great customer service.

since the fryers only cook fries there is minimal risk of cross contamination, unless a bun fell in the fryer. They serve the burgers in a lettuce wrap or foil wrap. Our daughter has celiacs and this is one of the places in town we have never had an issue eating and we have eaten here many times. They often ask if you are intolerant or celiacs and make sure that if it is celiacs it is noted and processed accordingly.

Dedicated fryer for fries, you can get burger either in a lettuce wrap or my favorite, a bowl. Make sure to tell them its for an allergy and they will change gloves and take extra precautions.
Yes
Like all five guys locations I've been to, this one takes Celiac seriously. Tell them it's for an allergy, they use a special grill and take all the precautions. Five guys is a lifesaver when traveling.

I was thrilled to find their fries that my daughter can eat. Only potatoes with salt fried in 100% peanut oil with no shared fryer. I ordered her hot dog with no bun due to allergy and it came in its own bag and little tinfoil container.
We let them know we needed a gluten free burger and they made sure it was in a separate bag in its own aluminum/tin foil box with the toppings separate. The fries were good to. There were no issues with feeling sick or getting I'll afterwards.
They served my patty with cheese in a foil box so it didn't get smooshed. Great tasting burger and yummy fries!
I was thrilled that I can eat their fries.. Only potatoes and peanut oil. Ordered burger GF, and it came in a nice tray with all my toppings neatly arranged. They took care for cross contamination too. :)
Delicious burgers and fries!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
