I was able to order burger no bun (wrapped in a separate container) and fries. No problems with contamination, it's great to have a quick option that I know is safe for me to eat.
Everything is just as tasty without the bun!
This was the FIRST place my Celiac son has been able to eat at and he had ZERO issues!! Staff was nice and the place was clean, way to go!!!
One of the best gluten free experiences I've had at a restaurant so far! I asked for my hamburger bunless and the cashier asked me right away "allergy or preference?" When I said allergy, she immediately turned around and told the cooks. My hamburger came to me covered and in it's own separate container. They even gave me my own ketchup and mayonnaise, in their own containers and covered. I didn't have to ask for any of this, it was clear they already had a set plan in place and it was awesome!! Very accommodating to gluten free customers! One of the best I've seen yet!
Love the dedicated fryer for fries. Never an issue with cross contamination as they are fantastic about changing their gloves every time they touched the buns as my food was being prepared. They are always friendly & very vigilant about making sure my orders are prepared safely.
Great food & love the fact that they have a dedicated fryer for the fries. However, back in Oct of 2013, I watched the person touch my fries when putting them in the cup immediately after they had just touched the buns without changing their gloves, even though I had told them that I have Celiac Disease & a severe issue with gluten when ordering. If I hadn't be watching, I would have been very sick from the cross contamination. When I brought it to her attention & asked her to change her gloves & for new uncontaminated fries, she obliged. This is the only location I have ever had an issue with this situation & I have eaten at Five Guy's in 4 different states.
I had read that all Five Guys locations are Celiac friendly, in that "everything is gluten free except the buns," and this one is not an exception. when you order a bunless burger or hotdog, they ask if it's for an allergy. they'll change gloves and separate your order from anything that could cross contaminate - like if your spouse has a burger with a bun, they'll put it in a separate bag. fries are cookoed in peanut oil and are the only thing cooked in that fryer. good fast food for Celiacs.
They have burgers in a bowl or with lettuce wrap, just ask. Great fries, which are the only thing they fry, and a cool computerized drink machine that can make 100 kinds of soda. I said " no bun, I eat gluten free" and the cashier asked me if I would like them to change gloves. It's about $12 per person for a burger, fries and a drink. I always enjoy eating at Five Guys and never have had a gluten reaction. They have a very limited menu, which makes it easier and you can see them cook the food. They also had a veggie sandwich for vegetarians.Don't use the malt vinegar which will have barley in it if you have celiac or NCGS.
Twice visited & ordered hamburger in bowl. 1st time, grill guy ws put off when I asked him to redo my burger w a clean spatula bc he hd used the one he was flipping cheese w. Btw, 5guys cheese DOES contain gluten. 2nd time, they remembered me & this grill guy was on top of things. Gr8 attitude! However, the fry guy forgot to change his gloves aft handling burgers. They r trying. Dedicated fryer so I always enjoy their fries.
Tell them you're gluten-free and the whole line changes gloves. Had a delicious, juicy bunless bacon cheeseburger with a giant bag of fries. A splurge for sure but hits the spot. Although we did have queasy stomachs after...I blame it on all the grease.
This was my first time trying five guys. It was awesome! of coarse I got the cheeseburger without the bun. They prepare the patties on 1 grill. So no cross contamination. They put it in its own container with all the sides. They only have fries in the fryers. I had a great lunch that tastes awesome for around $7. I didn't get sick. I'll recommend this place. If you've been to in n out burger, this tops them. And I was pretty adamant about how good in n out is. Try it. You'll be happy u did. And I have celiac.
Yum yum yum. Even thou they don't have GF bread you can get all the fixings you want on your burger in a boat. They are well aware of GF allergy. The peanuts makes you want to grab a bag to go. Lol Added to my list.
Excellent burgers, amazing fries! Small number of options, but they do them well. Everything is gluten free except the buns, which are located in a different area of the counter than the rest of the food. Everything is cooked in peanut oil, so those with peanut allergies should look elsewhere.
Took our two gf granddaughters here. The fries ARE gf, but they are VERY greasy and very salty. I ate the hotdog without bun and it was okay, but again very salty and greasy. While we did not get sick afterwards, we were very thirsty afterwards and the food sat like a rock in my stomach.
Never been glutened here, if you ask for no bun they will even ask if it's due to an allergy and take extra precautions.
They don't put anything breaded in the fryer for their Fries as they only serve Burgers, hot dogs, & fries. They're knowledgeable about Gluten & while they cannot guarantee anything, they do make a concerted effort. I always get my "meat" in a "bowl" & it can be on a lettuce wrap or just in a bowl. I take my own bread or bun & have never had an issue & I get sick within moments of consuming Gluten. I LOVE the fact that they have signs up stating exactly where your food came from that day... the farm actually. Their fries (Five Guys style) are literally just potatoes cut up, fried in Peanut Oil, & have salt on them. I also have GERD & don't have an issue w their beef when it comes to this like I do every other burger, etc I've ever consumed! My babies are GF as well & have never had an issue! We love this place! For a burger, hot dog, a 2nd burger, large & regular fries, we've never spent more than $25.00, absolutely LOVE that part as well!!! It's reasonably cheap, filling, & besides bread, I can eat exactly what my family does without any issues. Again, no dedicated menu, but they make a huge effort when you tell them you have a "bread allergy"! LOVE FIVE GUYS!!!!
Awesome about giving you a choice between a lettuce wrap or putting burger in a bowl. They only cook fresh fries so no problems with cross contamination
Went there this week and asked for a hamburger without the buns and fries. The burger was cooked really good, even asked for bacon, the fries were really good too- we ate on location. I've ordered before to go and the fries were soggy, but they were awesome to eat there. Had no reaction, day after was good too!
Great gf burger place. Staff understands gluten requirements. Only the buns have gluten, so burgers (or dogs) can be wrapped in lettuce or served in a bowl. Great quality too.
We asked for GF option w/o buns. Turns out they used the same utencil to dress our burgers as the orders w/buns. Got sick from CC. Seems GF is a fad diet in CA, not taken seriously. Upside the fries were great & are always a safe choice.
Only the manager could answer questions about gf options and explained to staff about changing gloves. Staff was nice and the food is great! My gf kid got the hot dog (no bun) and the fries.
Burgers are good but price is high for quality. For the same burger but more affordable, I'd rather head to In-N-Out.
Putting the address into GPS doesn't work, but once you find the place, it's nice to have fries for a change. It's near the Apple store and across Bethesda from Parker's, Tara Thai, Cava Mezza Grill, Georgetown Cupcake, and Bonobo.
Very disappointed as we love Five Guys. The lady handling the buns proceeded to put frozen fries in the fryer and then moved to the fry station and bagged cooked fries. She never changed her gloves. When I questioned them they we not concerned. No training on cross contamination.
I have never had a problem here when ordering. They are mindful of CC when preparing the food for me.
The location on 29th is no longer there
They have separate grills 1 for burgers and 1 for bread. They are willing to change gloves and they take the allergy seriously. The fryer only cooks fries (in peanut oil, sorry severe peanut allergy sufferers) -
Not sure about this place. Food was ok but did not sit well at all. Not sure if it was my body not being used to fried food (french fries) or if it was something else. There are much better gf burger and fries places nearby.
need to keep an eye on them will not pass allergy alert to kitchen have had the redo more than once .nite and day from Hanover store there they will turn and tell prep staff gluten allergy gloves get changed surfaces wiped and they offer lettuce wraps
Very few places I can eat fries due to a soy allergy on top of the gluten. Hooray for Five Guys for cooking in peanut oil!!!
Great experience. Our cashier was gluten intolerant so she explained they use dedicated fryers and announced to the cooks that we had an allergy. They have bun less options for burgers and hot dogs.
Ask multiple times to confirm it's an allergy. Show you they are changing gloves. Since they only fry French fries they are safe!
Gr8 attitude & very willing to accommodate. Having CD, I have to be very careful so I actually stand where I can watch them prepare my food. Except for the grill guy using the same spatula they use to flip cheese for the burgers & accidentally putting my families burgers in the same bag as the fries, everything has been gr8. I kindly bring it to their attn whenever I see them mess up & they always offer to re-do. I love this place!
They did a good job changing gloves and being careful with my daughters hot dog. only 1 person makes fries so no contamination there. buns are toasted on a separate grill
They offer burgers wrapped in lettuce and their fries are fried in peanut oil. The fries are addicting.
Manager is a jerk. I wrote to corporate to let them know the manager of the Canton location is a jerk about gluten telling me there is a chance crumbs or even a whole burger bun could have contaminated the dryer so the fries were not safe. He also told me the hot dogs contain wheat starch which apparently means that either corporate is lying or this location doesn't buy approved suppliers.
I was thrilled to find this place, and my first trip there was successful. I ordered a plain burger and fries. A gf burger can be ordered as a wrap with lettuce or in a bowl. My second trip was not so great. Again, I ordered the same burger and fries, but I was sick the next day. Maybe it would have been different if I had not gone during lunchtime, but when you tell them you have celiac and they acknowledge that they fully understand, you should expect a gf meal. I think the problem comes because they use their hands to dip into toppings and assemble burgers. I don't know if there was a glove exchange as I didn't pay as close attention this time. Everything is gf except buns and malt vinegar.
Everything is gluten free except for the buns and the malt vinegar. They were exceptionally careful when I asked for a bunless hot dog due to an allergy. Without me asking, they changed gloves multiple times and made sure that no cross contamination occurred. Also, the fries (regular and Cajun) are all gluten free and it's a dedicated frier. We will be back!
Best burger in town!! YUM!
They change their gloves when ordering without a bun due to allergy. Hamburgers (without bun) can be served wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl.
They claim to accommodate gluten free, but they don't change there gloves. Also, they cross contaminate everything, they put there hands in the bowls when making a regular order and touch bread and then use the same bowls for your order. If you have to be gluten free DO NOT GO here.
Now becoming a regular because the food is good, the staff are very knowledgeable and considerate. No bun but everything else is gf and tasty.
I have ordered the hamburger with everything on it and brought my own bun. Worked out great but it's hard to bite into with the double patty they give you. It has much improved since my review in 2013. I ordered the hamburger without bun and got it served with all the fixings in a foil bowl that I could eat with a knife and fork. Quite good. The fries are excellent--fried in peanut oil in a dedicated fryer. And. of course, we love the free peanuts!
I always take my own bun with me and when I was going more frequently the staff would remember my "allergy" order as soon as they saw me.
I love Five Guys! They have two GF options for their burgers: lettuce wrapped or on a bed of lettuce. Their fries are great too, and completely gluten-free! They do a great job of keeping everything separate and changing gloves for GF customers, and I've never had a problem. It's my quick, local choice whenever I want a great burger.
Mixed reviews from store to store regarding GF. More often than not I spend time educating because the staff generally don't understand GF. Even though Celiac Disease is not an allergy, I seem to get farther stating I have a bun allergy. Don't order mayo from the food prep line, a spatula is used from a common container and is contaminated. A lesson in food presentation is a necessity here since a fork and knife use on foil yields tears and high potential of contamination from the table surface. If you can watch your food prepared and feel safe, the taste is great and the fries plentiful
Everything is GF except the buns and grilled cheese. Fries are the only thing that go in the frier so no contamination (like McDonald's which uses frier for breaded nuggets and French fries).
delicious, juicy burgers with the option of wrapping it in lettuce or on a bed of lettuce. fries were crisp and tasty. when we asked if fries were g free they were unsure but the manager went to his office and looked it up to confirm that they were. he apologized for the delay but I thanked him for checking instead of just taking the easy way out and saying "yes!".
I found the staff very attentive to avoid cross contamination. Yes there is no gf bun but double patty is delicious as are the fries. It is a nice option for a quick bite.
I was diagnosed 2 1/2 months ago and seriously missed fast food french fries! I was thrilled their fries are GF and they take special care of your burger! they not only put it in a bowl but put in a different bag from my husband's burger on a bun! (No GF bun available but a friend's son took his own with no problem)
Very attentive to my gluten allergy! One person followed my burger down the line, after announcing there was a food allergy and there needed to be a glove change. I asked for a lettuce wrap, and fries are the only food that enters their fryers, so of course I had to have some of those! My only complaint is my messy, fully loaded burger needed to be eaten with a fork.. And they were out! Overall, I'm extremely impressed!
I give it one star because it's very easy to get awesome gluten free food here. The location I usually visit is awesome with the cc factor. This particular location didn't seem to understand the concept of changing their gloves despite my specifically telling them what my needs were and agreeing that thy can do that. I informed the cashier that I could not eat what they were preparing for me because their gloves hadn't been changed. He reassured me that they had been and until I told him that I just watched the cook make a burger on a bun and turn around to throw my burger on the grill. I asked for a refund at that point. It's a shame because I thought I had gotten sick at that location before and convinced myself it was in my head.
Delicious food and very friendly!
Staff is very aware of gluten allergies, as soon as you request a burger with no bun they will ask if it's due to a gluten allergy and once done with your order turns around and tells the kitchen staff your order as gluten free. Got my burger to go and out it on gluten free bun when I got home, delicious!! Fried are also gluten free!!
A burger without a GF bun is just a patty of meat. That DOES not mean you have GF burgers. Stop advertising you're GF unless we can eat a burger.
Gluten free french fries made from real potatoes in a gluten free fryer!! Delicious!
Dedicated fryer, with great fries! I've gotten burgers and fries. For the burger I've done lettuce wrap or done my own gluten free bun. The quality of the meat and veggies are top notch and the fries aren't contaminated. That is what matters. I completely disagree with Edward. Some of the gluten free buns at burger places are too small or don't taste all that great, and often times they charge more for one. For side dishes, the most popular side for a burger is is fries. A lot of fast food places are cooking breaded chicken strips and other crap. Not so here. The reason why the quality is high despite being fast and cheap is this place is simple. This is not a sit down restaraunt. Keep things simple and do it right. I'd gladly give up an overpriced gf bun, for better quality meat and fries that are not cross contaminated. K.I.S.S.
This place is awesome! I told them no bun and added that I'm allergic and I need the prep folks to change their gloves before handling my food and they did everything as I asked. I have had no issues eating here or at the san destin location.
French fries are gluten-free, and you can order burgers & hot dog items without bread (lettuce wrapped). No designated gluten-free area in their kitchen though, so cross-contamination is possible. No designated gluten-free menu, but it's easy to create your order without wheat/gluten products. I wouldn't say they're Celiac Friendly though due to lack of designated GF kitchen area and staff is not trained/have knowledge about GF standards, etc.
No gluten free buns. Burger on par with McD. Fries are gf.
This location always has a great awareness of cross-contamination. As the other reviewers have noted, the restaurant is 100% gluten free with the exception of buns, which they can easily keep away from your burger and fries. It's wonderful to have fries with zero chance of gluten.
One of our favorites places! Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Make sure you tell them you have a gluten allergy so they wash hands and change gloves. Order burgers without the bun. They give you a take out container and include knife/fork. Fries are awesome! Never had a bad meal at this location.
Great fries and they do not make anything else in the fryers! They have been careful about changing gloves and will remove a couple layers of bacon to get to ones that are not exposed to gloved hands. I usually skip the bacon though just in case. They will make your burger in a lettuce wrap or a foil tray. They do use peanut oil and serve free peanuts while you wait, so if you have a peanut allergy not a safe option.
It's nice to have fries every once an awhile. And to have the burger just ask for lettuce to wrap it in instead of bun!
The staff is very accommodating. They have no problem with leaving off the bun and I can still have they awesome fries!
best burgers i've ever eaten. little messy in the lettuce wrap (no bun) but just as tasty
best burgers if you like them huge! although there is no lettuce leaves to wrap the burger in, just shredded, its still a great burger! and the fries are awesome! i got the cheese burger with no bun, and it came wrapped in foil. i will bring my own bread next time instead of eating just a stack of meat with fries!
I was pleased with my first experience eating gluten-free at Five Guys. They announced "food allergy!" to the kitchen staff, who then proceeded to change their gloves before handling my order. Apparently they caught a mistake with a trainee, and they started over, changing gloves again and made an entirely new order. I had no reaction, the staff was very agreeable and helpful, and they knew exactly what to do to accommodate my gluten allergy. Everything in the menu is gf except the bun.
I went in recently for a dinner to go and because they weren't super busy, I could actually watch them prepare my meal. I specifically ordered it with no bun and I watched the cook with a little trepidation as the people after me ordered sandwiches and he pulled out buns and put them on a separate griddle. Then he pulled off his gloves and changed them to flip my burgers. Then he changed his gloves again to handle their buns. Then changed them again to remove my burger from the griddle and package it up. I'm definitely going back!
They were exceptional. I asked for a burger with no bun and the cashier asked if "no bun' was for an allergy. I said yes and they indicated special attention to my order to the cook. Everything was great and the special touch of making sure I saw them take it seriously was very appreciated.
Ordered the bunless burger. Without missing a beat, the girl taking my order asked descretly if the order was allergy related. When I said yes, she assured me thaat appropriate precautions wouold be taken. Menu calims everyting on the menu is gluten free exept the bun.
The burger was good, however I was extremely sick shortly after eating. Looking back Im wondering if it was the sides. If they touch mushrooms and cheese with gloves put on regular rolls and then go back even changing gloves the sides are contaminated. So Im very weary of eating here. Its expensive and I love the fries but not sure about eating here.
If you tell the staff up front that you have a gluten allergy, they will offer to but the burger in a box with the dressings, or a lettuce wrap (a layer of big pieces of iceberg lettuce in lieu of buns). The fries are fried in their own peanut oil frier so I have not had an issue with cross-contamination.
Very poor amount of gf options.
They asked if my order was w/o bun due to allergies, and then packaged it in a separate container, with separate condiments, and in a separate bag! I would've given 5 stars if they had a gf bun option, otherwise it was great! Love these fries and am so thankful they're gf unlike many others.
Horrible. I didnt get a chance to try five guys since I was diagnosed a year and a half ago, but i remembered how delicious everything was there so I was excited to get some fries. Needless they were not worth the aftermath. I had a horrible stomach ache that night and sure enough i started breaking out in my rashes the next day and have been suffering since. Do not eat here if you are gi or celiac. My mother eats gluten free for her thyroid disease symptoms so places like this dont bother her. I will never go back, plenty of places make delicious fries and burgers that are a lot safer.
never had a problem here. they have some great fries!
No gluten free rolls, but they will cook you a bunless burger and serve it on a foil pan for you. I get a cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms and onions so I can fool myself that I am being healthier by eating veggies! Plus, the fryer is gluten free because the only cook fries it it, so you can get your French fry fix without worrying about cross contamination.
I had no problems ordering here. The girl even initiated a change in gloves for the guy at the grill without me asking. It will be a good six hours before I know of I got sick or not, but I've never had a problem at any other five guys. If I do get sick, I'll definitely post an update.
They didn't even know about gluten free products. Their website said they offer gf buns
Have eaten here many times, and have never gotten sick. There are no gluten free buns, so you must order your burger lettuce-wrapped or in a "bowl" (foil container). If you tell the service order taker that you are gluten free, and ask if the food prep would change their gloves, they are kind and happy to do so. Five Guys is my go-to place for a quick hamburger.
THIS location is not a good one for ordering GF :( they do not understand how to lettuce wrap a burger at all! The first time I had shredded lettuce sprinkled on both sides of the burger, the second time the whole thing was a sloppy mess. I have had great success at some of their other locations though, I really think it is just this one that has a problem.
I enjoyed 5 Guys before needing to go GF and am so glad I can still enjoy it now. The workers are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. What's even better is they take precautions to avoid cross-contamination with gluten containing foods. Fabulous!
Excellent spot for gluten free eating. When you ask for no bun the staff always asks if it's for an allergy and informs everyone as to make this burger separately and free of cross contamination. The fries are very generous portion sizes and GF as well. Plus you get unlimited free peanuts while you wait!
Great food, tell then you're GF,& they will take great care to not CC. Well managed. GF buns would be an awesome addition!
Never get the Cajun seasoning. Had to learn that one out the hard way. Was in the bathroom within 5 min
Bigger "Five Guys" restaurants actually have gluten free buns for your burger and a lot more to choose from in a gluten free menu. This one does not.
The burgers and fries are to die for! Even if you have to order the burgers without the buns the they are still amazing. Since every burger is prepared on a singe area, your burgers may come in contact with buns so if you are hyper sensitive to gluten you may want to order elsewhere
Everything but the buns gluten-free. I would give it more stars if there were an easier way to eat burgers bun-free. You can ask for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, but all their lettuce is already torn in strips, so it is still a mess. Forks are available. I'll have to try bringing my own bun.
Great burgers and fries! Fantastic for a fairly quick meal (not really fast food) on the go! The burgers and fries are really greasy though, so not all that healthy. But since you can't get gluten free fries made in many places it's fantastic for that occasional fry craving! They have friendly staff and offer the option of getting your burger with no bun or on a bed of lettuce. :)
Like most burger joints, if you're GF, you're pretty much limited to side dishes. Unlike many other burger joints, Five Guys doesn't offer GF buns. There are plenty of burger places that do, so patronize them instead! If you're not GF, then Five Guys is delicious, but if you're not GF, then why are you using this app?
Great burgers and fries my son and I can eat without getting sick. The more they get to know us, the more precautions they take but some workers are more dilligent than others, though so far we have't had cross contamination issues. Need to watch/ask that they don't package burgers on top of each other, causing cheese to stick to the foil. Will definitely keep going and recommend but my fav is still the one on Chestnut Street in Philly.
Awesome!!!! We happened to be in the City and decided to eat here since the one closer to our house has been decent and we've never gotten sick due to cross contamination. This location was even better! They quickly informed everyone of the allergies related to the order and they designated one person to handle start to fiinish. he changed gloves, cleaned the surfaces, then changed the gloves again. They packaged the bugers so the cheese didn't stick to the aluminum foil cover. They've raised my expectations going forward.
Besides their burgers being delicious, you can that or a hot dog as a lettuce wrap! They don't fry anything other than fries so no worries on those. They were nice enough to look at the ingredients in the BBQ sauce for me. They also changed their gloves when making my burger. He even suggested that he package my burger separately, which id not thought of. Nice employees! Note: on my second visit I watched the employees making my lettuce wrap. I watched an employee make several burgers and then tend to my lettuce wrap without changing my gloves. When I addressed it she got snotty. They immediately made another one, but wouldn't have if I hadn't said something. Watch them!
All menu items are gluten free except the buns. I got a lettuce wrapped. Burger and fries. It was delish!
What a joke. Can't even handle putting a burger in a lettuce wrap. Probably because their lettuce shows up shredded. Someone's polluting the ratings here giving all Five Guys five stars.
I had a burger without the bun and was very clear when I ordered that I was gluten intolerant, but I must have gotten some bread crumbs and was sick for two days:(
told the manager about the gf allergy he quickly smiled and assured me he would make sure I would be ok. he instructed the cook what it was I needed and the lady changed gloves right away.
They always take care when you order gluten free. Love the fries!
Finally I can have great French fries with my burger. The lettuce is wide enough to make their protein wrap manageable and the crew in Sunnyvale always wears gloves and will change them if they have touched the buns. One day they'll have GF buns but for now this is the place I go when I want a splurge without the gluten or the high price.
You can bring your own GF buns. Separate grill for meat. Fryers only fry fries.
Exceptional burgers, fries (in peanut oil), hot dogs. As soon as you tell them you are GF they will tell you they will change their gloves. They have a fries only fryer. And they have 2 grills - 1 for buns and 1 for meat. You can bring your own buns.
Staff here are great, after my second visit they remember me and are quick to make sure my food is not contaminated! I love their fries, and it is great to get fries I can eat without getting sick! I get my burger in a bowl, but they can do a lettuce wrap or I can bring in my own gf bun!
Everything is GF except the buns. Tell them you have a 'gluten allergy' when you order. They alert the whole kitchen and change gloves. Dedicated fryer and buns are grilled in separate space. Open kitchen where you can watch. Order burgers in bowl or as lettuce wrap or BYO. Very good! Got cheeseburger in bowl with grilled onions and mushrooms. Staff was very nice! Yum!
GF Fries (unseasoned) - we didn't check the seasoning. You can bring your own buns. Great burgers and dogs.
Gf fries! Order your burger without a bun - still tasty.
God the service was awful. They were rude about my allergies. And they refused to lettuce wrap my burger, but instead put it in a bowl :(
Grab a bag of Udi's GF hamburg buns (not frozen) at Trader Joe's and cross the parking lot to Five Guys for a safe burger and fries with toppings of your choice. It couldn't be more convenient! Bring your own apple cider vinegar for the fresh cut fries though - they only have malted. Tell them you are GF and they prep your food all separate and safe.
Had a delicious and safe meal. The staff knew exactly what to do to keep my meal safe for me.
I told them I had a gluten allergy and ordered the bunn less burger. I asked if the fries were gluten free and was told yes. They triggered a migraine which I always get when I come in contact with gluten and digestive issues. My boyfriend checked out another website and it stated their fries contain gluten. I specifically asked the customer service rep and stated Id get sick. I certainly wont go back.
I love five guys! It is one of the only places where french fries are gluten free as they only deep fry fries! The will make you a bunless burger and will even wrap it in lettuce if you want! I eat here all the time and never get sick!
I've only had the fries. I get them without the seasoning. So good:)
Terrible service! Contaminated my food twice! I had to watch them make my burger. They have no clue what they are doing when it comes to gluten free preparation. It is a shame because the five guys in Atlanta are great and friendly about it. I would not risk my vacation by eating there.
My first time and they were awesome. They patiently explained my options and what's most popular.
Burger patties are GF, fryers only do un coated fries no breaded anything, won't put burger on your own GF bun
It is nice to be able to eat fries with a burger! It would be great to have a gf bun, too, with a good burger.
Five Guys knows what it's doing. Great place to enjoy a burger in a lettuce bun and fries.
As soon as I placed my order, the entire kitchen was made aware that my meal was to be GF. It is a treat to be able to enjoy a burger and fries. It's an extra bonus to feel safe while eating.
Fantastic. Staff is super nice and if you say you have an allergy they alert the kitchen immediately. I always leave a tip to let them know I appreciate it. I'm always very impressed with 5 Guys. Unfortunately I always stuff my face with fat and calories or else I would go more often!
I have tried to eat here 3 different times and have gotten sick every time. I don't have problems with other Five Guys, just this one in particular. When you try to tell them you have celiac you get a stupid look, when you say you have a food allergy one girl actually offered me a napkin. I asked her what was it for and she said to blow my nose.
Everything is gluten free except the buns. They were very friendly. I brought in my own bun and they placed it in foil to avoid contamination. They grabbed new utensils and a new container of mayo. They changed their gloves. The employees were very nice and made my day. I am so happy that I can have my favorite cheat treat and not feel like I'm high maintenance while ordering. A+++. Great service.
Awesome service brought in a GF bun and they toasted it for me on foil to avoid contamination. Pulled out a separate jar of mayo and new utensils to spread. They knew exactly what to do and were very happy to accommodate. A++ rating. Love the service and I am glad I can still enjoy a great burger from my favorite place.
Thank god for GF fries. And bun-less burgers. Everything else is GF and the buns are cooked on their own grill!
I've eaten at this location many times And never got sick. They don't have anything that is battered So we can have the fries.
Great burgers! Love that they are so conscious about safe food handling our celiac son enjoyed his burger without a bum just like we serve at home
Fries were too salty. Bunless burger is a burger thrown in a tin, so not what I expected the burger could have been made in a lettuce wrap form the purpose of a burger is to est with your hands. If I wanted a salad I would have spent less money in Panera next door.
Great service. They will make burgers in a bowl or on lettuce. I have been going here for akmost a year with no gluten issues. Food is delicious!
utilized different gloves to ensure no cross contamination. very friendly
Great burgers and fries. Affordable. Bring your own gluten free bun! Staff will change their gloves to prepare your burger and don't mind at all making it bunless.
I wrote a great review but on the wrong location. Great staff and great service. Was our first time at a five guys and we will be back for sure. They have a lettuce wrapped burger or burger in a bowl for GF my girlfriend had a lettuce wrap and she loved it :) I had a bacon cheeseburger "all the way" I loved it!! Fries were great too. I felt like I needed to hit the gym afterwards but man it was good lol. They have an outside sitting area also staff even opens doors for you if they get the chance. It's a must try and they have free peanuts ;)
A must try! Awesome staff and very knowledgeable when talking about gluten free. Yes the only difference is no bun but the cashier was quick to offer the lettuce wrap or bowl as bun replacement. The food turned out to be awesome I will go back for more!!
I have not dined at this location but have dined at others while on vacation elsewhere. They claim that everything is gluten free but the bread. I ordered my burger without the bun and we all enjoyed the food. Locally, I asked and was told that I could bring my own gluten free bun and assemble it at the table. I didn't experience getting ill so will dine there again.
Horrible for GF. Ordered burger lettuce wrapped, which they said they could do, then gave it to me in paper with shredded lettuce. Greasy as all getout too.
Tell the associate at the register & mention the term "Gluten-Free" and the grill person responds with "I've got it taken care of for you." This is what happens when I visit. Love knowing they care to take notice! My order comes in a separate bag so no one else on my ticket touches my food. It's the little things that count! People are great there!
Awesome GF fries - we ordered without seasoning.
This restaurant was really great. Only fries cooked in 100% peanut oil (nothing else fried in the oil). Hebrew National Franks - GF. They have 2 grills - 1 dedicated to buns and 1 dedicated to meat. Had bunless hot dogs and fries. Very good. Manager was very careful and changed his gloves for us.
Very good, they cook buns and meats on different grills and those who can't have Buns like myself and family they put your food in aluminum foil bowls. I love five guys worth going back. And the workers understood when I said gluten free. And my compliments to the workers, they are sweethearts.
Very tasty. You order your burger or hot dog bunless with all the fixings, it comes in a bowl and is very good. They didn't even hesitate when I ordered it bunless.
Heard rave reviews about five guys and their gf options. Went in and talked to the manager about cross contam and making sure everything was okay to eat. Not one person in the place had any idea what I was talking about. Needless to say we walked out and won't be returning.
Years ago, I helped these guys understand gluten and how to properly handle our food. As a result, they trained their staff at their other stores (within the same franchise ownership) to respect the GF crowd's requests, and I have been able to remain gluten free while dining there. Due to some new faces showing up there, it was back to the drawing board in some respects to re-train, but they still understand and they still do a good job. It's better when they do a lettuce wedge and not a couple of soggy pieces of wimpy lettuce in place of the bun, which is what you sometimes get. Jackie is THE BEST at building a proper GF burger on the wedge!
They change their gloves if you tell them you are GF. They will also put your burger or sog on a GF bun if you bring it in. Delicious fries and burgers!
Very nice staff and delicious food! You can have your burger in a lettuce wrap or put in a box. It was really yummy since its fast food
Definitely a favorite. Thankful for GF french fries. Wish they had buns though.
They impressed me this evening. They had one grill for buns and one grill for the meat. The fries in their normal way. When I said no bun and gluten free they were fast too act. They were nice and very helpful even with one mistake. I also understood they got super busy at the same time as my order. I said something to the worker and they fixed it in snap. I'll be back and delicious for gluten free.
The place to go for GF French fries! Order your hamburger "without the bun", counter staff doesn't understand GF, tell them your allergic! Sometimes vocabulary is everything !
Manager was not familiar with gluten He told me they were not able to accommodate us.
They cleaned the grill and were super nice! Had fries and burger with no bun and I didn't get sick. I recommend.
Staff in the bell rd store changed gloves, kept my lettuce wrap separate from the rest of the parties orders, and even looked up ingredients in the Cajun seasoning for me. Buns are cooked on a separate grill at this location, too! Nice!
This place is dangerous if you have celiac. More often than not, the staff doesn't know what they are doing. If they do take precautions (change gloves ...) all the condiments have already been contaminated by handling buns then grabbing condiments with glutened gloves.
Yummy!! Everyone was very careful with cross contamination (changing gloves every step of the way), service was great! They offer a wrap with lettuce instead of the bun, which is a nice option. Definitely coming back.
I took my GF kiddo here and the cooks went above me beyond making our lettuce wrapped burgers. We made sure to tip and personally thank them on our way out. Big smiles all around. We also tried the five guys in manassas - not nearly as food as Warrenton!
My review is for the one in Zephyrhills, FL. I couldn't find it on this site. My Mom and I eat there when I go to visit. They really go above and beyond to make sure my meal is made correctly. It was wonderful to actually have fries at a fast food restaurant.
They always put the cheese on meat, then add lettuce, tomato, & onion. That way most of the cheese isn't stuck to the foil. They will even bring your order to your table. Run much better than store near Tiffany Springs. Great food & competent, efficient, friendly, helpful staff!
Every time we go here, tell them we are allergic to gluten & request they put the cheese on the meat, we always end up losing most of the cheese cause they put it on very top, next to aluminum foil, on top of the lettuce, tomato, & onion. The Liberty store does it correctly. Great food!
Advertised as GF but got the "deer in the headlights" look when I asked if they had anything GF. NOT GF in this little celiac's book.
Best fast food ever. It is so exciting to be able to take your teenager out for fries and not worry about a thing. the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and happy
If you are craving French fries this is the perfect place to go.
This is a great place to eat. Just order a burger without the bun, and it's delicious. The French fries are really good, and I just love the peanuts you can grab and eat.
Great burger and fries!!! My burger was served in a covered aluminum foil tray with a fork and knife and bagged separately from the rest of my family's order! Loved that it wasn't just wrapped in foil where all of the cheese sticks to the wrapper.
Asked for gluten free never changed gloves, and came on a bun, was told it was gluten free. I know better. NEVER AGAIN!
Great place. Just ask for no bun. The staff was well knowledges about GF.
They don't even blink when I ask for my burger without a bun. I used to watch them them prepare it to make sure they did nothing to cause cross contamination, but now I just trust them. Great burger and fries. Clean restaurant but do not come if you have peanut allergies!
Been to this location 3 times and no problems. If you tell them you have allergies they will be careful.
Best fries EVER. Seriously. Fries are GF and the only things fried in the friers, so they are safe. The burgers are good. I always ask for a cheeseburger with no bun. The only problem is they wrap the burger, so the cheese can stick to the wrapper. But it's not a major issue. If you ask for extra lettuce that helps. When you order, tell them you have a gluten allergy and they audibly inform the rest of the team. They usually pack the gluten-free items separately from any regular orders, but be sure to ask that they do that if you are extra sensitive. Haven't tried the hit dogs yet, but they are safe as well.
The staff was fantastic! Sounds simple, but I told the gentleman at the resigter that the bun makes me sick, so he mad certain that everything was made just right. They went over and above for me!
Great food. Do you miss French fries?? You can have them here because they only deep fat fry death French fries. Theirs burgers are to die for also.... YUM!!!!!
The only thing that contains gluten in the whole place is the bread. Tell them you have celiac and they will make your food separate and change their gloves. They are very aware of the dangers of cross contamination. They even made my food on a separate table.
If you ask for a "carb-free" burger, they'll give you everything, minus the bun. It's awesome to be able to still eat their food!
When I went in and asked, was told they have no GF options
Dedicated frier for French fries. When I went with my daughter W/ celiac we asked for cheeseburger w/o bun- we were immediately asked if there was a gluten issue. My daughter felt important instead if embarrassed by placing a special order. This staff seems well informed and eager to please.
While I've had great luck at other Five Guys, this one makes me sick from cross contamination more than half the time. And every time I tell them about "the tiniest speck can make me sick" they wave me off with a "yeah, we serve people with 'bun allergies' all the time" Well, those people must get sick all the time, because based on my poor record there they don't take precautions to avoid cross contamination. So I've you're really sensitive, avoid this North Dartmouth franchise.
They are awesome. Just say no bun because you have an allergy and they let the whole kitchen know (and they cook it out in the open...no hidden kitchen). I like to make a hamburger salad but one time I did get it to go and put it on a gf bun at home. I'd eat there everyday if it didnt clog my arteries and make me fat but it's one of my favorite quick and easy gf calorie splurges.
Way overrated. Burgers are tasteless dry and a mess to eat. Fries are a better bet there.
First experience here. Excellent service, great gluten free meal!!! I will be back for sure!!
I NEVER get sick here! They are always so careful to prevent cross contamination. I always get asked if I have a gluten allergy when I ask for no bun, even though they recognize me it makes me feel like they really do care. Oh, and their fries are to die for!!!
Had to explain the gluten allergy, the girl followed my food down the line and I still got sick!! Ugh! So frustrating!
My favorite place to eat!! Make sure to ask for a gluten free prep though!:)
One of my favorite burger places. The first time I came in and placed my order, Bacon Cheese Burger no bread, I was asked if it was an allergy. I answered yes and it was relayed to the workers. This lead to everyone that was touching my order to have fresh gloves on each time. This made me extremely happy and each time I have been back the same thing happens. Everything taste wonderful and the fries are especially good. If I want a good burger and fries this is one of my first choices.
Usually very good, but apparently forget to use fresh gloves when busy. Got glutenized for the first time at Five Guys!
I almost died of joy when my husband told me that everything but the buns were gluten free. I love their burgers and fries. However, for those with higher sensitivity, I believe they use malt vinegar in their fries. Sometimes I'm fine, sometimes I have a reaction. So double check with the staff.
Great as always!
The staff was understanding and friendly, but I would toss the foil for a tray the next time I order a burger. Five Guys satisfied my hunger for a juicy burger.
They did a great job with us! We have celiac and this place knew what they were doing. Great food... We will definitely go back!!!!
I was not at all impressed. After I ate my lunch here, I walked out wishing I'd eaten elsewhere. If you have to eat here b/c you're with a group who insists on going here... you'll be happy to have something safe to eat... but beyond that, it's just not satisfying.
Delicious burgers lots of toppings no bun & Gluten Free fries.
Love this place! So glad we finally got one here on the west coast. Only wish they were open later and had a drive-thru. Amazing burgers! Awesome Cajun fries! Everything is made to order fresh, several toppings to choose from that are free!! Def one of if not my fav burger place! A must try!
Everything is gf except the buns which are toasted on a separate grill. Employees change gloves and follow your order to completion to ensure gluten free. A little pricy for a burger with no bun, but the food is good and the fries are always more than enough.
Ordered burger without the bun and small fries. They have NO breaded foods (as of July 2012), so the fryer is safe! BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD! When you tell tell them to HOLD THE BUN, they'll ask if this is because of a food allgery. They'll they tell the preparer and they'll change their gloves, etc. If you like burgers and fries, this is the place for you!
Don't have GF bread but the burger parties are delicious with toppings and the fries are GF
Love their fries! Get their app. it is easy and works.
Mention a gluten allergy and they will change their gloves and get a clean spatula to pick up your burger. Fries are great and thats the only thing they fry so no cc
Five Guys is soooooooo food allergy friendly! The staff is very understanding of a gluten free diet and even said "food allergies are nothing to mess with!" They only fry french fries and they use separate grills for burgers and buns, so no cross contamination!
very understanding. since they don't fry anything breaded, even the fries are g-free here!
When I told the cashier I wanted to order something weird "a burger without the bun" she immediately shouted "we have a gluten allergy!" to the rest of the staff. I was in at a really busy time but everyone changed their gloves and it made me feel really happy they new what I was talking about. Delicious!!!
dont eat burgers but looovvvee their fries! they always throw extras in so great for sharing! definately know what gluten is....
Best GF french fries!
I thought the burger I ordered was very tasty (cheese burger with fried onions and mushrooms). The burger was wrapped in foil with no plate, which made it a bit challenging to eat. They do have forks and knives to cut the burger, but you have to be careful not to cut through th foil. They did take precautions to avoid contamination. It appears that they cook the meat on one grill and toast the buns on another. The fries were great. So if you want a bun bring your own, and a small paper plate to prevent a mess.
Love it! The fries are done in a dedicated frier & are wonderful!
Ask for your burger or dog without the bun, mention it's an allergy - they will be sure to swap gloves before they handle your food.
What can I say!!!!burger and fries on the go!!!! Amazing!!!
Awesome fries, fantastic burger no bun. They clean prep and change gloves to avoid cross contamination.
They will lettuce wrap your burger for you by request and because the fries are all they put in the fryer they are safe!
Gluten free French Fries are good. Nothing else is fried in the oil, which I believe is peanut oil. Free peanuts in the shell are also good!! There are no gluten free buns for hamburgers or hotdogs, which completes the entire menu! Huge choice of sodas and iced teas. Refills seem to be free.
Gluten free fries!
Love Five Guys. If you bring in your own bun, they change gloves, and dedicate person to prevent cross-contamination! Fries are superb!
Do not come here! The store is staffed by immature people that are very argumentative. Even after asking for no buns, they put them on. This was after they tried to give us cold food. My kid was screaming her head off and they still didn't seem to care.
Awesome food and gluten free selections!!
So impressed with all the care the people made when they knew we were gluten free. We just told the and we're able to watch the change gloves, utensils, etc to accommodate our needs! Great job!
I love being able to have everything in the restaurant except the bun. The fries are amazing too.
Brought my own bun to use (put on myself at the table). They were careful to prepare my cheeseburger. They also gave me new condiments (ketchup, bbq sauce) so I didn't have to worry about c.c. Only thing better would be if they had better cheese than american! :)
The service I got wasn't the best, but you'll probably get a different server.
Nice quality burger. order without a bun or you can bring your own - i've brought my own udi's bun with me. Also its great to be able to eat fries without worrying about cross contamination. They only use fryers for the fries at this place. The only problem is what others have stated - its very easy for me to eat healthy gluten free so the food is a little rougher on the stomach from all of the grease
This was a nice treat they were very attentive to our needs my son and I were happy to have safe gf French fries out! Loads of topping for our burger the only thing is to get gf they use clean spatulas and just don't give u a bun - so you eat your burger with a fork - was yummy though !! French fries made up for the bunless burger - we would go again - but beware if you are used to eating healthy from home cooked meals this may sit like a Rock in your belly because they are real fries and burgers grease and all !
Dedicated meat grill. Only thing in the fryer is fries. Delicious and consistently GF. Been many times without a problem.
This a great place to go when you want a nice greasy burger and fries. The staff are usually aware of gluten free needs and are careful to assemble your bunless burger to your specification.
Nothing special. Greasy.
This place is super aware of how to be safe with GF food and even taught me to bring in my own bun for the full effects, aw it's heaven!!! My BF tips big when my safety concerns becomes theirs and at this place the tips are almost matching to the cost of the meal!!! Grab your bun and go see for yourself!!!
very good food and willing to change gloves for added protection
Very aware of gf; they ask if allergy. No gf bun, but very juicy burger wrapped in lettuce. Fries too!
Food is tasty and they accommodate to your needs! I love it.
awesome fast food fix. Burger is so good w all the topping that I didn't miss the bun too much. great fries from deticated fryer
Nice. These guys automatically put our burgers in a foil-lined tray. We usually end up doing that ourselves.
They have a seperate fryer for their fries, but be sure to ask them to salt your fries seperate as their Cajun seasoning is unverified and may cross contaminate. The staff/managers have always been super helpful!
Very accommodating! The staff was super friendly. They had no problem changing gloves while handling my food. They wrapped my burger in lettuce for me. Will definitely be going back!!!
Great burgers. Staff is very helpful.
Staff was so great and understanding about my food allergies! The only thing they fry is french fries...its been a long time since I have had fries and they were great! I would give 5 stars, but it was very greasy...so not an everyday type of meal!
Awesome, fresh burgers and natural cut, g-free fries.
Delicious and fatty
Fries are terrific, thanks for that. Understand why you might not provide gluten free buns 'cause they can fall apart, but how are the burgers & dogs served without a bun? Have you considered corn tortillas or a lettuce wrap? Would be a more frequent customer if you did something like that.
Very good. Fries are GF. And staff is very accommodating !!!!
Great burgers and awesome fries
We have eaten there several times without any problems. Order without a bun. The buns are toasted in a separate grill. Besides the grilled cheese sandwich everything else is GF.
They are so great when I tell them about my allergy and ask them to change gloves. You can eat everything here except the buns!
No gf options. Lettuce is cut up so you can't make a wrap.
Ask for a "lettuce wrap" burger-- they might not understand till you ask but it's worth it! Makes eating much easier. Fries are delicious!
Great burger w/o a bun. Fries are great :)
The food was Ok. The delivery & presentation left a LOT to be desired. Being handed a flaming hot burger wrapped in foil, with all my condiments in itty bitty lidded cups, is NOT my preferred way to get my burger. (Even McD's can put the burger in a little box and put the condiments ON the burger.) Fries were good but too many in a portion. We could not eat them all. (I hate to throw away food.) Staff was friendly although not confident in their ability to feed us GF.
I adore this place! I hadn't eaten french fries in over a year because of cross contamination issues but here, potatoes are the only thing they put in the fryer so no problems there! They are 100% Idaho potatoes and all natural and delicious! I also love their burgers so much!! Juicy and delicious! Plus, they are also all natural so the beef flavor really stands out. I love them without the bun, or sometimes I bring my own bread and put it together at the table. Highly recommended if you're wanting a good quality and tasty burger and fries!
yummy burger, even without a bun. and super generous with the fries!
Everything is gluten free except the buns!
Went there and was told the bins where gf because they are from potato flour. Wrong.
Great burgers but go without bun or bring your own fries are delish
Employees don't speak English, had no idea what gluten was and couldn't comprehend allergy. Sppke to manager and not a clue about any of it. Stay far away.
Aware of allergies, dedicated fryer
They are very GF aware here. I go there weekly and they are very accommodating. Salt on fries is GF, but I was told the special salt is not, so I ask for the fries to go straight from fryer into the bag. Awesome fries!
Staff is very aware and considerate. They change gloves and avoid cross contamination well
This location in particular is awesome. They went so far as to get toppings out of a fresh container to avoid cross-contamination. For an even better burger, go across the street to Stuyvesant Plaza first...there is a natural store that sells gf bread and rolls. We bring them in with us so my hubby can build his burgers on them.
They really don't know nothing about gf
my favorite spot for a fast food bite, burger no bun tons of condiments, love it! love their fries too though be warned they are a tad greasy. staff is ALWAYS fast, courteous and willing to change gloves with a smile. My daughter who can eat buns loves it too! Thanks 5 Guys!
Awesome. Fries again oh what joy!!!!! Hot dogs, burgers of course no buns and remind them about cross contamination.
Great burgers and gluten free fries (for those that couldn't figure it out, just look on their website). My only complaint is that they don't have plates. It would make eating a bunless burger a million times easier.
Usually pretty good with gluten free orders. Always willing to put on new gloves, etc.
They took special precautions when asked. Had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Excellent taste and did not get sick. Who cares if you eat on tinfoil! Loved being able to eat a fast food burger. Thanks!
Tell them you are gluten free and they mark no bun and all toppings on the side on your order. Don't order a cheeseburger because they don't care that the foil sticks to the cheese without a bun. Asked for a plate to mix it all together like a salad and they couldn't accommodate. Ended up scraping cheese off foil, using foil as plate, and feeling humiliated all the while. Guess I'll stick to burgers off the grill at home to avoid this embarrassment and hassle.
They are awesome! Always attentive to my allergy needs and I have never been sick from their food. Their food is so good too!
The hamburger and fries are gf.
Food made me sick... Contamination even though I explained it and asked the person to inform the cooks she didn't only entered no bun into the computer
That 5 guys was horrible. The people working there had no clue! It was dirty and I would never eat there!!!
they were very understanding after I told them I was allergic to the buns and even asked if I would like it wrapped in lettuce and they made sure to change their gloves before touching my food. delicious! will definatly be back!
They claimed they would make my wife's burger gluten free. This means holding on to the tomatoes, as there is no lettuce wrap option. She is now really sick, from gluten. Thanks, Five Guys. Evidently you think gluten free is a joke.
Boo hiss! This location will NOT make lettuce wraps for burgers. No idea why, since I haven't had problems elsewhere. I asked on two separate occasions just to be sure. If you don't mind eating a patty in a foil wrapper, though, at least it's gf. And the fries! Not A+ fries, but pretty good. Also, it's nice, for once, to have something to munch on while you wait - peanuts - unless of course someone in your group is allergic!
awesome burger, I just bring my own GF bun.
the staff was awesome about changing their gloves and keeping my burger away from the others. Unfortunately, I got sick 20 min after I ate there. I wonder if there's hidden Gluten somewhere. :(
The fries are to die for, especially the cajun ones. All are gf. They are also really good about not cross contaminating your burger with non-gf ones. No gluten free buns, sadly.
mentioned I had food allergy and staff immediately changed his gloves with no attitude...was pleasantly surprised
called and they said they weren't GF
Those fries are awesome!
Note there is a high probability in cross contamination. Employees who touch the burgers also touch the buns and fries. Watch closely & ask for 1 person to work on your order & to change their gloves.
We bring out own buns. When we ask for a burger without the bun they always ask if it's due to an allergy, I reply with a yes, and they all get a reminder to change gloves before my order.
delicious burgers. they are really good about wearing gloves to handle food & not using buns for my order. they also ONLY serve burgers, hot dogs & fries, so no worries about cross-contaminatin here! go ahead & eat the fries... as long as you don't have a peanut allergy, that is. (they use peanut oil & serve peanuts in the facility).
Love this place. Order online and call to have my fries ready, otherwise they wait till I arrive to fry them. My daughter loves the grilled cheese too. I have celiac disease and order no bun and have never gotten sick from cross contamination.
Great fries and service. Burgers are good too.
great service and tasty food. it carefully handled my sons burger at not to cross contamination it. and my foodie husband love the cheeseburgers. a winner!
Nice to be able to run in and grab some fries - REAL fries! Wish they had a drive-thru.
Fantastic fries! Get them cajun flavored if you like spices. You can get a burger wrapped in lettuce and cheese to hold the other condiments.
staff does a great job. good burgers and fries
Everything except for the buns are gluten free. They have no problem making burgers without the buns. Great customer service and delicious food!
One of the managers has a gluten free girlfriend and is so super helpful!
we asked the staff for their gluten free options. they didn't know what we were talking about, didn't know what gluten was. when we explained, they claimed there are no gluten free items.
Mention that you are gluten free. They will have the staff change gloves.
