Our son enjoyed their GF “lettuce wraps” (basically a cheeseburger without the bun) and fries.

Requested GF burger, staff asked by preference or allergy. I stated allergy. Top of receipt says allergy. Cook was training someone and I heard her say- "I used to cry when these came in, (point to food ticket to show trainee 'allergy') she then says "now I just stop everything, wipe down my entire surface and get new utensils and make the burger." I had NO issues, and actually loved the fact I overheard that! Kudos @FiveGuys

Get the cajun fries!! The fries are safe as they are the only things fried in the fryer. They serve lettuce wrapped burgers. great option.
Great fries. Lettuce wrapped burger was yummy.
We love Five Guys so I was happy to find out they do well with gluten allergies. I haven't had any issues as long as I warn them about my gluten allergy when I order.
Easy to eat here. Can even get French fries as they don't mix!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
