I have celiac and am very sensitive. They have gluten free fries (dedicates fryer for fries), and they have a dedicated grill for burgers separate from where they put their buns. The fries are really good. I don’t eat out a lot since I have gotten celiac, so the grease made me feel a little blah, but I had no reaction with gluten. They are very aware of celiac too, which makes it even better.
Tell them you are gluten intolerant and the servers change their gloves. I get a lettuce wrapped burger and fries each time. No problems!

Another great experience at a Five Guys. When I ordered without buns, the cooks overheard me and asked if it was for gluten intolerance. I said yes and they changed gloves and were extra careful. Very courteous staff. Also the best fries I've had at a Five Guys nationwide!

Always great food. Always great service. Everything on the menu is gf (including the Cajun fries) except the buns!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
