Even when telling them I need a wrap because I have a gluten allergy (i have found most understand that far before celiac), 1 out of 5 times the cashier will announce it, its on the receipts, and they change their gloves. Seems like the younger cashiers are the ones that wont do it.
Not the place it used to be! I watched them make my food and I had them remake it. After touching buns they put cheese on my burger. They gladly remade, but glad I was watching. I still think I may have been cross contained I feel awful.
No
No gluten free buns. It’s not hard to offer buns
Great just like all five guys I have ate at.
Excellent service! They understand cross-contamination and always change their gloves even before I can ask.
Yes
Great as always!!! I appreciate them always being careful! !! ❤
Can get the burger bun less in a bowl. They put all of the ingredients into the bowl with a fork and a knife. I'm glad that I can still eat their delicious burgers with my gluten allergy.
No
I have never had a problem here when ordering. They are mindful of CC when preparing the food for me.

Delicious food and very friendly!
Very tasty. You order your burger or hot dog bunless with all the fixings, it comes in a bowl and is very good. They didn't even hesitate when I ordered it bunless.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
