The employees were SOOO NICE. They asked if I had an allergy, and wiped down everything and changed gloves before making it. It's been 7 hours and I haven't been sick yet. That's good for me!

When I told the person taking my order that I had a gluten allergy, they said they would wipe down the prep area and change gloves. I got a little cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap and fries. They seemed knowledgeable and careful and I didn’t get sick.

Spring/Summer 2022. Haven't reviewed this place in a while but I've been eating there a lot lately. I wanted to update my review to say that this restaurant is still fantastic and one of the safest places for me to eat GF in Uniontown. See my reviews below for specifics.
Second trip, July 2019. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart.
Excellent. Lettuce wrapped burgers and dedicated frier for French fries. Thank-you.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
