Very happy with the service here. Ive been getting the lettuce wraped burger for a few years now and the quality is always so fresh. When you inform the staff about your allergy, they take it seriously and the kitchen does everything they can to avoid cross contact and ensure your safety. The order is also marked in the system if you have an allergy. They use a clean part of the grill for my burger and also have a dedicated fryer for the fries. Portions are a really good size.

Great burgers, staff take your orders and then one person stays with it right to the end to ensure your safety, haven’t been sick yet. Just across from the cinema. The burger comes wrapped in lettuce and really well wrapped too, so it doesn’t get super messy. The Large fries are HUGE. Easily the best fast food burger type restaurant I’ve eaten at in Qatar so far
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
