Not bad. The counter girl didn't knowing if the malt vinegar was gf or not so we told her anything with malt would be bad for me so we didn't chance it. She gave us the bottle anyway.

We went during off hours and the staff was spectacular. Thy immediately suggested using lettuce in place of a bun and definitely knew what they were doing. The asked if it was an allergy, and when I said yes, they immediately changed their gloves. Nothing is fried other than French fries, so those are safe. We did not get the seasoning on the fries, so I don't know about that. The burgers were excellent and we would definitely go back.

I've eaten here at least 20 times. I always ask the person at the register to have them change their gloves and I have yet to get sick. Sadly not all Five Guys are as good. Particularly stay away from the one in Lakeland. But this location is great! Burgers and Fries always hit the spot for me. I'm not sure how they do their mayo so I always skip it, but their lettuce wrapped burgers are great.

Great place for a burger and fries! Fries are safe because it is the only thing that they fry. They'll be more than happy to prepare your burger separately and keep it away from anything containing gluten. A little on the pricy side, but not terrible. The big order of fries is enough to share between 3-4 people, easy.

What I love about Five Guys is that their buns have their own separate toasting grill that nothing else comes into contact with, and everything else (with the exception of a couple milkshake flavors) is completely gluten free. What I love about this location in particular is that when I order bunless, they automatically ask if it's a preference or allergy, make note of it in the computer, and tell the kitchen staff. One person agrees to take the order, washes hands & changes gloves, then takes my food all the way through the kitchen, and makes sure it is bagged separately from my gluten eating family's food.I have never been crosscontaminated, and eat there multiple times a month.

Can I give a negative star?! Went for lunch specifically stated GLUTEN FREE, cashier had no idea what that was...that's ok she asks a manager. I order I received my burger on a bun--NOT GLUTENFREE AT ALL! I explain and was told another 10 minutes to remake...2 minutes later they hand me my GLUTENFREE food. No way in heck so I spent over 12$ on zip! Tossed it in the trash. The manager was not helpful at all. First and last visit

It was my first time going to a Five Guys. I was traveling and we needed a relatively quick dinner stop. I was super tired and appreciated the cashier asking me right away if it was a gluten allergy or if I just didn't want a bun. The lettuce wrap doesn't work all that well compared to some other places that do lettuce wraps, but I kept the foil around it as long as possible and didn't need the fork they included in my bag. The taste of both the burger and fries was just as good as I suspected it would be from other reviews.

The fryer is not dedicated to fries, so the fries are not gluten free. The "gluten free" burger is a tasteless, no condiment patty wrapped in half a head of lettuce.

We told them my daughter had a gluten allergy and they asked if she wanted her burger in a bowl or on a lettuce wrap. They then asked if they needed to change their gloves. I almost cried... they understood! I watched them every step of the way and my daughter was so happy to eat french fries.

Five Guys is generally a good choice for Celiacs because the only gluten in the kitchen is the hamburger/hot dog buns. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy, everyone will change their gloves. You have to order the "bunless" option (comes in a tinfoil bowl) but you can eat the fries. Good option when you need something quick.

Five Guys is my favorite chain restaurant to avoid gluttening. Usually, one individual dons gloves and prepares my food. I honestly, let my guard down and didn't pay much attention how my food was prepared. But I do know, when I unwrapped my sandwich, I found a sesame seed on top of the lettuce. Upon notifying the young man who took my order, he washed his hands, donned gloves and made me a new sandwich. Thankfully, I can report super sensitive me, didn't get glutened!

I gave them one star for at least trying to accommodate me. I watched the girl preparing burgers for another customer. She held the bun over the veggies and I watched in horror as lettuce touched the bun and fell back in the bin. The cashier said she could make mine in the back with fresh veggies, but I opted to leave. Leaving sad and hungry. 👎

Very knowledgeable and told me that when they mark it that way it tells the wait staff to change their gloves! What a policy! So happy to have a burger and not have to worry about contamination! Plus they only do French fries in their deep fryers. When I got my order to go my burger was even separated from my husbands because his had buns. SUPER HAPPY!

Get a GF BUN!!! Please! For the love of all that is wonderful in burgerland! Great fries and a huge helping of them. Burgers are a pain in the rear without a bun. I can make a burger patty salad at home thanks. I want a burger with a bun. If they would just offer a GF bun, I'd probably get fat off their burgers and fries. As it is, we only go there when our son requests it and then we have to take it home and put it on a GF bun for him. Needless to say, we don't go often.
