Review of Five Guys

Have eaten here several times and need to really watch them make the food if you have celiac. Person was touching buns, stacks of burgers and cheese with same gloves. Once I raised my concern they remade everything and were very careful. While fries are gluten free, the person making them was wrapping burgers on buns and then grabbing the fries and throwing them in the fryer. She looked at me with a blank look when I raised my concern. I think they need to work on their training.
