I haven't had an issue, just make sure you stress that you need everything gf and watch carefully. They have always been very helpful and careful when making my food.

Have eaten here several times and need to really watch them make the food if you have celiac. Person was touching buns, stacks of burgers and cheese with same gloves. Once I raised my concern they remade everything and were very careful. While fries are gluten free, the person making them was wrapping burgers on buns and then grabbing the fries and throwing them in the fryer. She looked at me with a blank look when I raised my concern. I think they need to work on their training.

Gr8 attitude & very willing to accommodate. Having CD, I have to be very careful so I actually stand where I can watch them prepare my food. Except for the grill guy using the same spatula they use to flip cheese for the burgers & accidentally putting my families burgers in the same bag as the fries, everything has been gr8. I kindly bring it to their attn whenever I see them mess up & they always offer to re-do. I love this place!

Educated staff. Will serve any of their burgers with no bun and clean grill if needed. Dedicated fryer for delicious hand cut fries.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
